Peet's Coffee Big Bang, Medium Roast Whole Bean Coffee, 18 oz Bag

When I need a medium roast bean, it's always Big Bang. During frequent trips to the mother ship, Al would regale us with tales of his coffee big bang and I will be forever grateful to him for his excellent combination of coffee genius and vibrant social skills.

Great coffee love it! I always like Peet's coffee when buy in the store but getting direct it tastes even better and they have a huge selection of different roasts. Love them all. My only complaint is the speed of delivery. It took 2 weeks which is not normal these days. Worth the wait though.

Perfect balance, perfect roast. This coffee is super aromatic and very well balanced. The roast stays out of the way of the flavor, a perfect all day blend. Time and time again this is a clear winner. And the freshness of the roasting at time of purchase is unsurpassed.

Just the right amount of fruit for a medium roast, not bitter, not overly citrus-y. If like and always drink dark roast for the nutty cacao flavors, but want something different, this is the gateway coffee.

This is hands down the best coffee ever. Every cup offers the same incredible flavor, the same amazing experience. I have tried countless coffees and after awhile I realized my search was over.

Big Bang roast is the best of Peet's in my opinion. Try for the most recent roast date - it makes a big difference.

I've always loved big bang coffee. I couldn't wait to have a cup in the morning. However, you have changed something in the big bang roasting. There has always been a “brightness” in the taste. But now it's like the beans are old or the roast has changed. Please bring back the original big bang. It started tasting different after you changed to the blue bags.

Was really looking forward to it but I have to say the flavor is off. A sweet profile which is not what we wanted at all. My husband thinks they mask lower quality beans with the flavor. There is only one option for medium roast and that's the big bang.

I have brewed dark roast for years but friends talked me into trying a medium roast. I am not happy with the taste, flavor, or aroma and will stick to Dark Roast. I'd return, but already poured them into vacuum sealed canisters to keep the beans fresh.
