Dark, oily beans generate a wonderful flavor - hot or cold. A Dark Blend coffee lover, I drink coffee all day. Major Dickason's Blend is now my favorite, I'll need to try Peet's French Roast, House Blend and Italian Roast but I may have discovered my new favorite.

My husband is a coffee snob but he absolute loves these “deliciously greasy beans.” He loves that they are roasted and shipped basically in the same day so they stay fresh! Thanks Peets!

Be a subscriber then you will get a package with a Roast Date printed on the side bottom. This means you will get freshly roasted beans within 10 days after roasting. Supermarket package no longer has a roast date, only an expiration date… about 3 months from roasting. Once you have freshly roasted beans there is no going back to Supermarket shelves for coffee.

Peet's Big Bang is my favorite medium roast coffee. I spent months trying whole bean roasts from various brands and Big Bang has really resonated with my family and is now our everyday go-to coffee. I get whole bean and use a course medium grind and just a simple automatic drip coffee maker and it turns out great every time.

A friend of mine helped me with a project. In appreciation I purchased some of his favorite coffee, for him which was Peet's Major Dickerason's blend. I decided to give it a try and purchase a pound for myself. I found it to be very deep in flavor, smooth and unique and taste. I've tried many coffees and I rate this up as one of the top ones!

Great coffee! Usually a fan of a medium roast, due to the fact that dark roasted beans tend to be “over-roasted” more often than not, and the end result is a bitter cup of coffee. Not the case here.

Peet's Coffee is by far superior to every coffee I've ever tried. Major Dickwson's is rich and has the flavor of black gold! No morning should be without a Peet's.

As the title suggests, I can't believe this blend is decaf! If you're having reservations about wanting to get and try this—you shouldn't! Because this is the best decaf I have ever had(and I've had many many kinds). It's so perfectly balanced in terms of flavor, body, and aroma. Amazing coffee. Will buy again.

Personally I love the taste of Big Bang coffee and having it for more than 5 years everyday. This was the first time that I received my coffee by mail and the quality was perceptibly lower! The coffee tasted sour which most probably means it was not freshly ground or mixed with other types.
