so this was supposed to be a two-pack One of the packs was different one was ultra thin and the other was the med that we were looking for in great colors but disappointed that it was not the same item.

Apparently the systems glitch and they ignore orders. They also don't communicate any issues and when they cancel delivery it takes up to 10 days to get a refund on a credit or debit card but miraculously EBT is instant.

These tips break easily even when writing lightly.

Save your money! Either buy another name brand. I was not impressed with the so-called "fine point/tip". The ink leaves a lot to be desired-just like most of the stuff we seem to THINK we're getting a great deal on. The colors were rather DULL to me. I was disappointed in the quality of the ink period. You can barely see it. "Fine point" does not mean that there isn't supposed to be colorful ink. Let Walmart tell it, the color of the pen barrel matches the ink. I beg to differ.
