Open the wrong end of box was hard to open and hard to get it out of box

Perfect Plants sent two rose bushes that were covered in black spot fungus. It takes about two weeks for leaves with black spot to turn yellow. So these had to have had the fungus when they were shipped. They saw pictures. They know what it was and told me to plant it and see what happens that it was heat stress they said. It was not heat stress and would have spread to all of my roses if I had planted it in my garden. They have to know better. Also didn't have a positive experience when I called and they did not call back after she said she would call back in a few minutes. I would not recommend this business if you want healthy plants.
