Good recovery essentials. This is useful for the athlete that needs a drink and protein at the same time. I like how it is fruity and tasty at the same time. I really don't taste the difference between Kool Aid and this; but at the same time it is thicker and does good with no negative effects like too much vitamin B and making you lag during the day. No caffeine; so you it is not interfering with your vitals.

I have tried many different endurance powders and health powders and most of them don't taste good or are full of artificial stuff. I mixed this one with cranberry grape juice and let my teenagers try it. I also tasted it and it passes the taste test for all of us. I love that it doesn't have a bunch of artificial ingredients in it, so I know that what I am putting in my body is not harmful. I am anxious to get fit and in shape and I'm hoping this will help me.

If you are looking for a Gatorade or Powerade clone, this is definitely NOT it. If you are looking for something different to try, this is defiantly it. We like the flavor and suggest you give it a try. Two minor complaints with the packaging: 1st the seal on the top of the container does not come off all the way; it leaves a ring of foam around the edge of the top of the container. A minor annoyance. 2nd the label on the outside of the container slips so you can't easily grip to open or close the container; instead the label slides around. Annoying, but can be overcome if you grip the container on the bottom.

I rock climb 3-4 times per week and was looking for a way to fully recover after 36-48 hours. I had muscle soreness and incomplete recovery in the past, but have started mixing this in with frozen fruit and almond milk smoothie and have definitely seen a marked improvement. Would HIGHLY recommend for someone looker you recover more quickly. Too soon to say whether it is actually helping me get stronger but I'm happy just with the current results in speed at this point.

Taste is terrific. It contain no artificial ingredient including the sweetener. Just remember it's Stevia extract so it will have a little tangy taste to it. That's normal for Stevia. Dissolve quickly in water, take one scope with one glass before and after workout.

Great for the price. Half a scoop gets me through less intense workouts just as much as a full scoop of my previous just bcaas did. I mix it with berry Powerade and drink while working out or right after. It tastes extremely good, especially ice cold. The electrolytes seem to work as intended as I feel recovered in short order even after a hard workout.

Let me just say I don't take supplements like these for the flavor but for the performance. This flavor was good but took off one star because it's a bit bitter. I liked the flavor okay but I choose to chug this down due to some bitterness. I do like the electrolytes it offers along with the BCAAs so I am happy with it and will use it up. I felt better after using it which is good. I had less delayed onset soreness if I used this which I thought was pretty cool since I've never had improvement in that after a workout. Good solid product, just could improve on the aftertaste a little. Also it mixed in very quickly with water. No clumps or anything which was nice.

The berry fruit blast flavor is pretty good. I like that it comes in powder format so it's easy to dispense with the provided scoop. The powder is very fine milled so it dissolves very quickly. The powder fully dissolved and doesn't leave behind any clumps of powder. The flavor is a bit weak but the taste is good. I would've preferred if the berry flavor was a bit stronger. I drank this after working out and felt very good.

This recovery drink is something I do not think I will try again. The powder had a deceptively pleasant smell. Based on smell alone, I would give it 5 stars. There also was more powder in the container than I have seen in other recovery powders. There was an included scoop which I always appreciate because you can repurpose for so many things. The instructions say to mix the powder into your favorite drink. The first time I tried it, I tried mixing it with water alone and it was so disgusting. I could barely drink it. The second time I tried it, I tried it in some Gatorade. It was just as unpalatable as the first time. I thought about trying it a third time in some juice, but I just cannot bring myself to try it again. It could be the flavor (mango) and maybe a standard berry flavor would taste better. I will have to see if any other flavors are offered. I did not feel as sore the next day, so I think the drink does work, so if taste is not an issue then this will work for you. If you are like me and need something pleasant tasting, this is not the drink for you.
