Taste is terrific. It contain no artificial ingredient including the sweetener. Just remember it's Stevia extract so it will have a little tangy taste to it. That's normal for Stevia. Dissolve quickly in water, take one scope with one glass before and after workout.

Great for the price. Half a scoop gets me through less intense workouts just as much as a full scoop of my previous just bcaas did. I mix it with berry Powerade and drink while working out or right after. It tastes extremely good, especially ice cold. The electrolytes seem to work as intended as I feel recovered in short order even after a hard workout.

I have used this after a workout and even after gardening on a hot day. It replenishing everything I lost during these activities. I did recover back to normal very quickly and feel this would be beneficial through the summer months especially for outdoor chores and not just physical workouts

This is a good supplement. This has a Great flavor. It is a natural product. I was surprised by how much recovery this product provided. It helps to provide a balanced post workout, Will keep using for awhile and stacking with the pre workout product.

This recovery powder works great for me! I mix it with just water and ice in my little blender after my aerobics workout. It has a smooth consistency, not chalky like some and the taste reminds me of those childhood frozen treats you'd get on a hot summer day, delicious! It helps my muscles recover from the workout and hydrates me, very refreshing! This is my go to and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality recovery powder that's awesome tasting!

I liked the Performance Inspired Nutrition u2013 Full 5G BCAA With Added Electrolytes - Taurine & Glutamine! All-Natural & Clean - Recovery & Rebuild- Tropical Mango Delight flavor. It isn't too sweet but has a refreshing taste. I love that it had a scoop already in the jar but I made a mess trying to take it out. I am pleased with the ingredients and flavor. The powder took a while to dissolve so you will have to keep stirring

Let me just say I don't take supplements like these for the flavor but for the performance. This flavor was good but took off one star because it's a bit bitter. I liked the flavor okay but I choose to chug this down due to some bitterness. I do like the electrolytes it offers along with the BCAAs so I am happy with it and will use it up. I felt better after using it which is good. I had less delayed onset soreness if I used this which I thought was pretty cool since I've never had improvement in that after a workout. Good solid product, just could improve on the aftertaste a little. Also it mixed in very quickly with water. No clumps or anything which was nice.

I have this flavor and the mixed berry and I much prefer the mixed berry because I can mix it with Gatorade or Powerade to created a great flavor/performance combo. I struggled to find a drink to mix this one with, so I used water, which I generally don't prefer. That said, it wasn't bad or anything, just not my personal preference. The performance seemed to be just fine as I felt recovered by the time I was done drinking a 32 oz mix of it.

I was taking BCAAs in pill form but saw this mix and decided to try it. I mix it with water and it dissolves pretty good but does still have some clumps even when mixed in a shaker blender ball cup. The taste is good, refreshing after a work out. I would buy again.
