I consider myself a healthy individual but some days, I like an energy drink but the carbonization bothers me sometimes. These energy and diet support capsules really gave me the push of extra energy to finish projects and NO shakes. Will definitely be replacing my energy drinks!

I usually try the GNC energy capsules but I wanted to try the Performance Inspired Energy & Diet Support Capsules u2013 Green Coffee Bean u2013 Garcinia Cambogia u2013 Green Tea Supplement u2013 60 Count and am pleasantly surprised with how good they are, I get the same benefits and energy with these pills. I like the ingredients and am becoming a big fan of these products.

I really like these supplements, as does my husband. We have both been taking them the same amount of time and although I can't say that I have lost weight (only because I haven't weighed myself) my husband has lost 9 lbs. These don't give us much energy, maybe a slight improvement, but it has definitely curbed our appetites. Which is probably the hardest part of weight loss for us. I like that they don't make us feel jittery or out of sorts. The size of the pills are manageable and not hard for us, but they are on the larger size, I am including a picture compared to a quarter, just to give an idea. We would definitely recommend these and plan to purchase more when we run out. We like the fact that we recognize all the ingredients in these supplements.

This works amazing if your doing a workout and trying to lose weight and maintain a certain goal. Once you maintain your ideal weightless this controls it and helps to give your body the right about of energy and nutrients your body needs to maintain your weight and help keep ot off.

I will say straight off that I like this product. I have problems with irregular energy and struggle to keep my energy up a lot of the time. This has been helpful in those days when I really need my energy to be consistent and reliable. If I take this a bit before a meal I feel non-jittery consistent energy later on. It helps me to fit in a workout when I might have opted out of it that day. I also have to do some manual labor work and it's helped me with that too. It doesn't leave me shaky or drop me later either so it seems to stimulate my energy more naturally. I'm very caffeine sensitive at times and this did not bother me or give me a headache. I will continue to use!

As with any supplement, you should always consult with your doctor, and do your own research about what is in it. After looking up what was contained in these, I felt comfortable taking this supplement and it seems to do what it was designed to do. It has a lot of natural extracts to reduce hunger, how your body processes food for energy, and some caffeine. I haven't had any adverse effects from these, and even on the first day found myself 'not hungry' when I would usually start making lunch. I was very hungry at dinner though. It should take longer than a week to see any meaningful weight loss, however if I'm just not hungry that will eventually lead to a looser waistband. I did experience a little more energy and pep after taking 1 or 2 capsules in the morning before my workout and workday. I didn't have the 'jitters' but just overall quicker to wake up and elevated mood and drive. I don't have any drop-off in energy throughout the day either like a pot of coffee would normally do to me, so theres more to it than just caffeine. The capsules themselves aren't small, but they're not huge either, they are a standard size and easy enough to swallow. Because of the coffee and tea extracts, there is about 150mg of caffeine which is about as much as a tall cup of coffee in 2 capsules. Unfortunately I have a sensitivity and if I took the recommended 2 capsules at dinner I would be up all night. So many 'energy' products have caffeine which I try to avoid. This is a negative for me personally on these capsules, however in the ingredients list the caffeine is plainly stated and not hidden. I appreciate these are being developed and have big names of extracts and celebrity endorsements which gives me confidence in its quality, however I would like to know if this is made in the US or not. I know this same company does advertise that on other products. I'd have to do more investigation where some of these ingredients came from and where it was packaged.

I'm always hesitant to try different energy pills. I got These because they were all natural, but supposedly not give You that energy drop and no shakiness. I was Pleasantly surprised these did not have any of that. The pills are large, but not as big as other ones I tale No shakiness or energy drop, try these out

I have been using this for over a week now and for some reason I do not see any noticeable difference. Maybe it is just me but I don't recommend spending your money on this. Maybe spend it on eating healthy food. The pills are quite big and I sometimes have difficulty swallowing it.

I'm not quite sure what to think of these energy and diet support capsules. I gave 3 stars and recommended them because they may well work good for some people, for me not so much. I took them as recommended but I don't have a regular daily schedule as do most folks do I really didn't notice any benefits.

The best I can say about this product is that other than your wallet, it's really not going to hurt you. But if you are expecting some any noticeable benefits, you should probably look somewhere other than a Marky Mark endorsed product. Other than that, there is not much to say. The capsules are fairly big, so if you are someone that has trouble swallowing pills, these may give you some problems. But really, you are better off saving your money and spending it on a proper diet rather than looking for supplements.
