Since I recently took up boxing as a way to get in shape I have been looking for a pre workout drink and this is it First it's vegan and full of things that are good for you . Next you have the yummy fruit punch flavor and it's easy to mix. This drink goes down easy and helps you have the energy to power through any workout.

I love a good pre workout drink and this is a really good one. It's full of healthy things but still manages to taste great. This pre workout drink is raspberry lemonade and taste like pink lemonade,tart and sweet. After the pre workout drink you feel ready to go. This pre workout drink gives you the needed energy to get through any exercise.

I do like this pre-workout powder. The taste could use a little improvement but it is better than others I've tried. Just be sure to mix it well. I do feel it helps with your workout. I feel a bit of a burn with it which is nice! I like the ingredient list and will continue using this product for a while. I also feel it is a trusted brand. I don't take supplements like this without researching and I feel comfortable using it. I did recieve this item in exchange for my honest opinion and I do recommend it.

It mixed really well but I did use more water then it asked for. I used a shaker bottle and it comes out fairly smooth, like a typical powder drink mix. The flavor is good, not over sweet and was pretty tasty. Ingredients seem good and I did feel it gives me a little bit of a boost and lasted through out my workout. I felt like I still had good energy for quite some time, so for sure do not drink to close to bedtime.

My son drinks this before he works out and said he notices a little bit of a difference than when he doesn't drink it. He loves protein shakes so he thought he would try this too. The flavor isn't the greatest but it's not bad. All in all it's a good product! Easy to mix.

I get that most pre workout things don't taste good but this is pretty bad. I do get a slight lemonade aftertaste and maybe a hint of berry but it's more like cough drop than good. My other concern is the shear amount of caffeine in it. One scoop has 175mg of caffeine! That's so much I can hardly wrap my head around it. The other stuff is definitely energy boosting as well but so much caffeine. There are warnings not to take within four hours before bed for good reason.
