Performance Inspired Nutrition- Whole Food Multivitamin with Energy - High Potency with 1b CFU of Probiotics - 90 Count

Like most quality multivitamins, it's a little pricey ($16.07), but unlike many, this one actually seems worth it! My innards don't absorb nutrition from food normally, so I must get what I need other ways. This is the first multivitamin I've tried that actually noticeably improves how I feel! Having taken this daily, after the first couple of weeks I've had more energy and endurance, feel more alert, seem to be able to focus better, AND I'm actually sleeping better, too... which might be why I'm not needing so much caffeine in the morning. I've gone from needing 5 cups of coffee to 2 or 3, which is great! I'm guessing here, but I'm thinking however they formulate these must allow for better absorption than the other brands I've trued. If you have digestive issues like malabsorption or whatnot, it really might be worth giving these a try and see if it helps you, too (check with your doctor first, of course)!

I've only been taking these vitamins for a couple weeks now but am pleased with them so far. I wouldn't say they give me a nervous or speedy type feeling but I have noticed that I just overall feel less drug out as the day goes on. I also appreciate that I don't a sick to my stomach feel like I have with other vitamins. The added plus of the probiotic is great. And the price is great for a month and a half supply. I will definitely continue to use them

Over all I've been happy with this little multivitamin, while I typically don't like this type of vitamin as I prefer gummy's as I hate the taste . The benefits I've e been received or have noticed our weights the Taste . I always take my vitamins with food so I can't speak to taking them on an empty stomach nor would recommend that . Things I've noticed , less bloating due to the probiotic, increased energy , clearer skin , harder nails that grow faster , hair grows faster and increased energy . Overall I'm happy with these vitamins..

Sometimes, we do make meal choices and don't necessarily get all the nutrition elements that the body needs from them. This kind of multivitamin will help in completing the diet and make it more beneficial to the body such as nourishing it and supporting the daily needs as well as the immune system I love the size of the pills as well. They are not small, but they are not too big neither, just the right size for me. I also appreciate the fact that these multivitamins are made of all-natural ingredients because I know I am not putting anything harmful in my system. I love these multivitamin supplements and I will recommend them to anyone.

I am a huge believer in the benefits of taking probiotics. This multivitamin vitamin plus probiotics is a perfect addition to my supplements. The tablets are medium sized I would say. They are not difficult for me to swallow and I typically do have trouble swallowing larger tablets/capsules. These are not flavored and have a natural scent to them. I do notice a unpleasant odor if you belch with these but it is like other multivitamins to me. I did recieve this item in exchange for my honest opinion and I do recommend it.

This is by far one of the best multi vitamins that I have ever tried. Usually, a multi vitamin will make me sick at my stomach and can some times make me feel jittery depending on what they use in it. This multi vitamin didn't do any of that while at the same time giving me a good feeling of energy. I didn't have any side effects from this vitamin if I took it with a meal like instructed. This is loaded with the right mix of vitamins and even has probiotics which is a major win for getting your digestive track healthier.

I started taking the multivitamin and within days I could already feel a huge difference! Prior to taking this, I hadn't really been taking any vitamins, my eating habits we pretty bad, and my overall health just was crappy. When the energizing complex in this, it helps to make you want to actually get up and move around, do things, adventure outside. Etc. I know I have felt a whole lot better since!

My husband and I love probiotics so this is great. It helps me feel less bloated. Also I have been wanting something for energy other than coffee that comes with the crash and this is great. The only downside to these for me is I don't like taking pills like these, but for the benefits I feel I will suck it up.

What I don't like about this Supplement is the Polyethylene Glycol ingredient and for that reason I would personally not buy this Product again unless the ingredients change to my liking.
