I was surprised when I found out that this was also for women and not just men! I only take 1 just before bed instead of 2 as directions said. I've not had any reactions or problems with taking it and will continue doing so. I haven't found this formula anywhere else so I don't know how to compare the pricing as of this time.

Well it seems to work but I'll say I really think it also does things for your hair as it also says. I take this with my stuff to help control the late nite trips to the bathroom and it says it does things for your hair. At first I thought well this is a little bit nuts if it's to help with the control. Well I've noticed that after a couple of weeks of it my hair definitely has that more fuller look I guess you call it. More like when I was younger. So if you feel it's not helping those trips , and no matter what you don't get a 100 out of 100 times of help you may have to put up with a couple of times where your head thinks dam I was just there, majority of the time your good but I think you'll see your hair puffing more. Be careful about telling your other half , may disappear on you. Me I don't worry about that. Marriage lasted 7 months, thank god and relationships , well , they seem not to be a forever thing . Don't get me wrong , non of them seem to be the rite one. That was my high school girlfriend, she was great. Oh this also says about your libedo. Also with my high school girlfriend her brother tought me a thing for now, not then , but he use to break up before holidays and birthdays, really. Anyways this vitamin seems to have a few purposes that work pretty well. Don't take it from me , I don't wanna be the bad guy and you don't have the same results. The HOLY GRAIL for hair %26 nail growth. Started taking this 1/20/26 bc my hair was falling out in clumps from a medical testosterone treatment. In May, my hair was full %26 thick again. 7 years ago I stubbed my big toe on a boat cleat and it has only grown 1/2” all these years. My nail tech has been applying acrylic to extend my nail to look normal all these years. On 7/12/26, I asked a new nail tech to replace the acrylic and to my amazement the nail had grown out completely. I didn't realize they had been filing it off / down for months. Hard to find a product with the mgs and additives

Take one in the AM and one in PM. This has absolutely helped me. I went from getting up in the night a couple of times to once and mostly none. Other brands did not have the same effect.

Seems to work pretty well.

I like the fact that it was grown in the US.
