vitamins
Just want I needed im to stupid to notice any differences but even just the Placebo of taking a daily vitamin helps so either way its good for something.

No problems swallowing or stomach upset.
My son uses these tablets. He says they are easy to swallow, give him energy and never cause any stomach problems.

Tablets too big to swallow
I have a great difficulty swallowing big pill, capsules and tablets. These tablets are too big for me to swallow. I thought I was ordering gummies. Since I've opened the bottle, I'll just throw them away. I'll order all my vitamins on Amazon from now on
