Persil Deep Clean Liquid Laundry Detergent, Original, 100 fl oz, 64 Loads

I recently upgraded my washer to a front load high end Samsung and I was using what I thought was "he" detergent. I tried gain, tide, purex, even those expensive pods, I even stopped using the downy sent boosters and fabric softener, but I kept getting a SUDS message. It was because the detergent I was using was causing too many bubbles and the washer was taking forever to clean them out. I switched to Persil liquid and Persil bright white pellets in January and now all of my clothes are bright and white. I do occasionally mix colors and use a color saver sheet. Persil has officially gotten the dinge out of my clothes. Even ones that had horrible color bleed, are brighter then ever. I'm never going back! But, I'm concerned... because my local Walmart seems to be not stocking as many Persil products as before. It also seems to last the full amount of loads. I have 6 people in my family and we do a lot of laundry. I only have to use up to the smallest line on the cap and I still get wonderful results on large loads. Totally worth the $$ money,

I bought this detergent to try, because I found a high dollar coupon for it, so I thought it wouldn't hurt to give it a try. I used it to wash my towels, which usually don't smell so great after they come out of the dryer. Even when using scent boosters and fabric softener. I used the detergent, which smelled so good, along with the unstoppables and the 30 day stay fresh fabric softener, by snuggle. Let me tell you, the smell of the detergent won the long lasting freshness test! I couldn't even smell any hint of the other products that I used! I loved it! A week later, my towels and clothes, STILL smelled like it was freshly washed! I am so glad I tried this, because I definitely will be buying it again!

Two of my favorite products have recently had their scent changed. WHY?! The shift to overly perfumed is giving me an actual headache. Bring back the original scent, please.

I've loved using the original Persil but since they've changed the formula the smell is to intense for me. I like a clean smell hut not so overwhelming that it burns my eyes. I may need to find another detergent which makes me so sad.

The new ( original) triple care formula smells horrible. I've been using Persil for well over 10 years and will now be looking at other detergents. I highly suggest persil goes on and looks at sites such as Reddit to see how many customers are actually unhappy with the smell of this new formula.

I just restocked my Persil Original that I've used for years. I switched to Persil from another brand because that brand changed their formula, and I couldn't stand the new smell. Well, here we go again. This new formula reeks! It smells like the gross laundermat I have to go to when I need to wash large items. That's the smell of old, rancid, goopy detergent that has likely been building up in the washers since they opened. Why must companies these days always change a good thing? I'll now have to return the jugs I bought and look for yet another brand. I'm sorry for the negativity, but I'm so sick of being loyal to a product only to have it changed for the worse. It amazes me that companies pay people to ruin their products.

The new scent of the so-called 'original' version is overwhelming. I will no longer buy Perdil because of this unpleasant scent. I rate it 0 because of this.

I've been using Persil origin for 7 years now. Loved the original formula. I recently purchased what I thought was my same trusted brand, but the scent is nasty and overwhelming! It stunk up my entire house and I had to rewash my load multiple times using nothing but water just to get the smell out of my clothes. Absolute garbage!!

I have used Persil for close over 7 years now. And recently have noticed a change in the scent. I thought I picked up the wrong bottle at the store so decided to just use it up and make sure I looked at the bottle better next time. I was less than thrilled when I smelled the bottle in the store before purchasing it. The original is now stronger in scent. No longer fresh and clean smelling - which was one of the reasons I was using it. It was refreshing and not chemical smelling before. My skin actually gets irritated so now I always double rinse. It is the only thing it could be as I do not use fabric softener or dryer sheets. Please rethink the change in formula and go back to the original scent.

Please change back to the original pro clean scent. The new product is not the same and if I can't find the original pro clean, I'm gonna have to switch to a different brand detergent. I can't stand the smell of this new stuff.
