PETARMOR Flea & Tick Collar for Dogs, One-Size-Fits-All Collar, 1 Count

I have 5 dogs. I used Saresto for years, but at $70 each, they became unaffordable. I swapped to Pet Armor. The collars are cut to size, so they fit the cheweeni and the 80lb dalmatian mix. The packages states that they last 6 months. They have a pleasant powder smell. When you don't smell that anymore, they are at the end of their usedulness. I found that they last 9-10.5 months with effectiveness ending on the largest dog first.

I have used this product before, and it has performed very well. The collar looks too long for most dogs, but you can cut it to length after putting it on. I have a Beagle, and a Shih Tzu. I got the 2-pack, and was able to fit both dogs properly with very little effort, and for the price, you cannot go wrong. My 2-pack cost about half what I would have had to spend to get the 8-month brand. For my money, the PetArmor flea and tick colar is a very good value, not only in price, but in quality!

My dogs could not wear these. It seemed to have made them sick. One of my dogs got severely hot around its neck. I had to take it off him after 5 days. My other dog I had to take it off her around the 7th day. It made her not feel well.

Was supposed to last 8 months. Didn't even last 2.

I bought this for my Maltese. The night I put the collar on him, he began picking at it with his paws. I didn't think much of it because he doesn't like collars of any type. Anyway, the next day, he whined all day and paced back and forth in the living room. Finally, I got him in my lap to check him all over and his neck was so red. His skin is pink, so you have to pick up the hair so you can see his neck. I took it off immediately! Within an hour he was running and jumping and playing. He's worn the Seresto collar before with no problem. I just figured I'd save a few bucks and get this one. It was like half the price. But, it was a waste of money. It's one of those things you have to try to know if it's ok for your dog. You might want to check with your veterinarian if you're looking to buy it. Also, it's flimsy and very hard to put the collar through to the other side. Cheaper isn't always better.

This product doesn't work at all! If anything it's made the fleas worse and I bought them for seven dogs and they all have fleas even a week after and it was expensive to treat. Don't purchase this. It does not work. Don't waste your money.

Within an hour of me putting the collar on my dog, her legs got weak and she got really jumpy. I took it off instantly and she started to get better after a couple hours of me watching her. Not worth the risk
