The only problem is that I ordered 4 dog houses, but one was missing the bottom half and I was told a new one would be delivered in 2 days and they would pick up the incomplete one. This has not happened yet and I have 4 whole dogs, not 3 and half dogs ...so I need 4 whole houses

First of all the Dog House Was Delivered To The WRONG ADDRESS n my daughter in law had to make a special trip to Tractor Supply for this same dog house! I haven't received Refund Yet 😡 The Dog House I Highly Recommend very strong and you can remove top of your dog has puppies.

We live in a desert climate that gets as low as 10 degrees at night in the winter and 120 in the summer days. These dog houses will last about 7 years in our climate extremes. Plastic, easy to assemble in 2 minutes.

These dog houses are quite large and spacious, perfect for a medium-sized dog. In fact, two small dogs can comfortably fit inside. I have four little dogs, and the two medium-sized ones in my yard each have their own house. They're very sturdy and durable—I love them, and my dogs do too.

Finally had to give up and get a new dog house. Thought it would be easy because I just wanted the exact same dog house I had —only new. My old one was 30 years old! The top had cracked after years of my 90 lb dog laying on it. I had inherited it from my dad, and to be fair, it was completely in the shade when he had it and partly shaded for the last 25 years while I've had it. And only my most recent dog slept on top of it—but quite a few kids have played on it. Besides longevity, this dog house is well designed. There is an overhang for the door, which doesn't open up a whole side of the doghouse—but a door in the end of the side would be somewhat better. The top snaps on, or off to clean it. Just simple. And sturdy. Nice looking. Absolutely worth the close to $200 price tag. But it was VERY hard to find this size! It is perfect for my tall and long 90%23 German Shep, but his 45%23 buddy climbs in with him and it's perfect for the both of them as well. You know what this dog house looks like—the picks are of the 30 year old one!

Air vents in back of barn not good for Winter or Rain, if you must keep pet outside due to apartment living!

This is a great house , all my cats and dog excited to try it out! Now we shouldcsee if a soft door for wind or snow blowing in!

I recently purchased the Petbarn 3 Dog House and I think it is a very good product. I would've given it five stars but I had some difficulty with assembly. Specifically, when I took it out of the box, the cover was placed upside down and tucked into the base. Separating those two pieces wasn't easy, and I had to ask someone to help me.

The item arrived in a box too large and nothing to protect it from being damaged in shipping. Consequently there was considerable cosmetic damage to the doghouse. The structural integrity was intact and I was able to use the doghouse to protect our furry friends from the cold weather but it's not pretty after being damaged . Shipper should have taken more care to prevent damage in transit.

again, I don't have it. It was delivered Wednesday to some address in Alabama I live in Tennessee. I called your people six hours after I ordered it when I received an email and notified them that there was going to some wrong address. They looked on my account and said that address doesn't isn't on your account I said no it isn't. They ask if I've ever sent anything there I said yes several weeks ago a couple of my kids had rented somewhere down on the coast and the air went out so I sent two fans to that address whatever it was. The gal had it ignorance to tell me well that's how it always works. If you order something online, it's always shipped to the last address you sent it to? I said that's Ludacris. You can't be serious. She goes. Yes that's how it works. That person should be fired cause that cannot be the way it works.
