Great little fountain. Ours is now several years old and cats love it! Parts are readily available so it just keeps going. They love the little waterfall.

These fit around the small motor that circulates the water. They are easy to use, and to rinse out, making it possible to extend their life.

My kitty loves his 360 fountain. I'm getting the hang of the maintenance routine so now, after a few months, it's nearly automatic. Customer Service was very helpful when I had questions. Both types of filters get changed about every three weeks. Kitty helping makes it almost fun.

I love the new Drinkwell 360 fountain I purchased for my pets. The ceramic fountain foam pre-filters make it very easy to clean the fountain when needed. Just place the pre-filter around the pump and put the fountain back together. Really simple to change and reassemble. The filter keeps the water very clean and there is no slime. The Pre-Filters are also affordable. Not like other fountains I have used.

Have used these filters since I bought the lotus fountain. Best product ever.

I have had long hair cats for decades. Before I got this product, the cat hair would get caught in the fountain pump necessitating taking apart the pump and cleaning it. Sometimes this required taking a tweezer and trying to fish out the fur from the impeller. THIS PRODUCT IS INGENIOUS!! This catches all the fur because it gets caught on the foam filter. Before these appeared online to purchase I was rewashing the one that came with the bowl. Finally, after about a year, it began to fall apart. I checked the website again these were available. I ordered a few immediately.

This filter works well with the fountain. Even though I clean the fountain frequently, I do replace this filter monthly.

The foam filter and carbon filter are the best! They are cost effective and keep my cat's water fountain crystal clean. I've never seen my cat drink so much water and the beginnings of renal disease have reversed.
