It has like a PVC or plastic underside.Much much better than all others I have tried in 10 yrs.I actually put two for complete anxiety relief.Sure there will be accidents.But kindness and encouragement greatly helps.I say look you made pee or poo !Then move doggy into different pads.Tell him he is a good boy/girl.But no treat.Then eventually he will make on paper.Always calm,say good boy/girl.Then you show them why you are giving treat.Anyone can do it.No yelling or displeasure.Dog smarter than you!

I have a paralyzed beagle and these pads are great for changing her. They are light weight but absorb so much. Price is reasonable, also.

The size of the size of the pads are spectacular for my dog. I really love them. My dog really loves them, and I can tell by how often he go to them to use 'em.

Very nice size. These PETSWORLD xl potty pads are very absorbent and so far have had no leak throughs. Previous brand would leak through and tear easily. Dogs can walk all over these and they do not tear. By the way, we have 6 dogs so we know a sure thing. Also these are white which our dogs like better than the charcoal ones they wouldn't use. There's no urine smell either.

I love these potty pads. I have ordered them before with no problems. I ordered (and was charged for) 2 boxes of 100 pads each, but only received 1 box. They were ordered at the smae time, from the same vendor. Rushka, with WalMart customer service was great and got my refund for the missing box ASAP.

When my dog potties on the pad, the inside turned into a mush and did not keep its form. The worse I've ever used. The inside actually disintegrated as if it's made of toilet paper.
