ive put almost 500 miles on this bike, the only complaint would be the brake pads on it wore out fast but buying better ones they've lasted longer my work is only 10 mins away so i ride this bike to work 5 days a week unless its raining and it does fantastic havent seen any decline in battery life or performance

sturdy, excellent bike for the price, my son love it so far, goes up to 20m/h, easy to assemble and it comes with a barcode for the video on how to assemble it

It is too tall for me. I didn't have time to ride it before I had to go up to Kellogg because of my sister dying and after I got back and rode it a little, I found out I had only 30 days to return it. I received it. February 18th and today is the 24th. I went to customer service at the Garden City Walmart, and they told me I was too late.

I ordered a 26 inch bike and received a 27(.5) inch. I cannot get on or off of the 27 inch bike without risking a fall. I will be returning this bike.

Brought this e bike on-line with the extended warranty in October. Bike is defective and been trying for 2 months to return it or get a refund. Now Wal Mart is telling me nothing can be done because of a time limit they by passed. How do I get a refund or replacement for this??

I purchased this as a gift for my adult son. Everything was going good until it stopped working after a few months. We have tried numerous of times to contact the manufacturer for resolution and nothing. We added a video as requested and still nothing. I had purchased a warranty still nothing because it has been under a year so we had to contact the manufacture.
