I love the faucet that I installed ! The hardest part was loosening the largest bolt underneath securing older faucet “shaft” for lack of correct terminology. Apparently there is a tool? I didn’t give up until I got it and I did! Then 1-2-3 new faucet attached . Great price great product , done. Recommend it for all single sinks and rinsing is no longer a chore or mess .

Before you purchase this one or any pull down faucet, make sure the total height of the high arch sprayer will clear your installation area. Other that this unit being too tall, Whh ich was incorrectly stated , I really liked it. Quality at a fair price.

Had this same type of faucet when we moved to our new home, but it broke recently and based on my research this was priced much higher elsewhere - yet it looks just like the competition and works fantastic! So happy that I found this product and that it looks and works amazing! Definitely recommend!

Works well and for the price definitely worth it. Have had it for quite a few months now and it still works good. Had to buy parts to adapt the hot and cold water pipes to the size I have but that was a couple bucks each, less than 10 total and had to use a clear sealant bought separately to make sure it didn’t leak and help it last longer. I would recommend doing the same but over all good product. Works well and except for adapters depending on the size you have everything was included.

I like that it upgrades my kitchen on a budget. The mount could be a little longer to make sure the item securely is fitted to the sink/counter. I like the chrome finish and the way the sprayer works. I dislike how the instruction where a little out of sequence and should have been a little more detailed but my brother with a little help form me figured it out. The install is for the most part DIYable.

Although I love the look, the assembly was a bit confusing. The instructions are misleading and after 8 months I still have to tighten it weekly. Even sealed, water leaks under the cabinet I wish I had waited and just bought the Moen or Delta model at Lowe's/Home depot

Item arrived on time but was terrible quality. Nozzle wouldn't set in housing like it's supposed to. One of the O rings on the nozzle hose was lose and just flopped around. Overall terrible quality.

The faucet itself is beautiful. I purchased this in January. It was delivered installed it. It is now April 28. The faucet itself is still functional but the pin handle to turn the water on and off the pin handle has stripped every time you turn it off or you put it back in place , it pops back out so now I have to turn the whole knob with my hand without the handle

The sprayer button breaks.

Only gave a one star rating because this app is stupid and wouldn't let me view the item again. Otherwise I'm neutral about it. It's a kitchen faucet that worked fine
