PHI VILLA 2-Burner Propane Grill and Griddle Cooking Station with Side Shelves Black

This grill is very easy to assemble. As I just recently purchased this grill to replace my previous one. This grill cost me approximately less than an hour to put together. I have moved it to my backyard porch. I can tell the material would last longer as it is a legit sturdy material. Our backyard porch is right next to the grass field, so there might be some moisture and dust that would easily be adhesive to the outside of the grill. I try it once and just used a damp cloth to wipe it, all dirt has gone. So far I am very happy with this purchase. I cant wait for the summer to come for our backyard bbq party already!

My daughter, whom I gavevthis too, is VERY happy with this grille. It took about 3 to 4 hrs to assemble (she read the instructions... is she really my kid) but didnt report having any issues

Exceptional grill.rich with quality enhancements like cast iron grids and ignition on each of five burners. The installation assembly wasn't difficult. High quality all around design.Nice price too.

I love the dual adjustable zone, but the metal Is very thin and came slightly bent making it more difficult to assemble ..and the lid doesn't quite fit for this reason, there is also a flaw in the coal trays the jokes are small so the ash doesn't fall through properly ..and the catch tray doesn't slide in and out properly it gets jammed periodically, also I believe this is due to the bent metal

Great grill but after three requests for customer service and no contact In any from your company I gave up! I rate your customer service as zero Star!!!

Bought this, put it together on Friday. Used it for the first time Saturday, literally turned it on let it get warm, seasoned the griddle and put food on it, as soon as the food touched it the griddle warped and folded in two like a taco. The grease trap sits right up under the flames so as soon as one drop of grease hit it the grill flamed up and almost caught me, the house and everything around it on fire. DO NOT BUY THIS GRILL. Now I'm fighting with Wal Mart because the only way I can get my money back is if I take this grill apart, box it back up and take it to them which I think is ridiculous.

I purchased because it stated that I can return to store when I went to return store and they said that I could not return the store that I had to be shipped back. Had to call Customerservice who said they would email me a shipping label. They never did. I would've never purchased this. Had I known that I could not return to store and now it's past the 30 day return

First time using today after buying a little over 2 weeks ago. It was fairly simple to put together and smelled like burning plastic when i first started it, but my first issue was it wasn't cooking well because the lid would not close with food on the grill. When I tried to just lay the lid over the food to try and cook the food, the lid popped and warped. The second issue was when I went to turn off the propane, the top of the propane bottle was so hot I got a pot holder to turn the bottle off. That seems very dangerous. Was definitely the first, and last time, I will be using this grill.
