I've had this ice maker for a week now, So far it has met my specifications x 100. I own 2 bullet ice machines and the ice doesn't stay cold as this one does. It's so crunchy and with the hot weather it keeps me refreshed. I did wait 24 hours before plugging it in, and during that time period I washed it with soap and rinsed it with water. Once I plugged it in I used a tablet that cleans ice machines, and once I finished doing that, by the end of the day the ice was amazing! Every time we get ice we refill it with water just so we never run out of ice, and place unused ice in ice bags just in case, never knowing when we'll need it for a party or something.

Just love the ice machine it is way faster than I thought it would be. Makes the nugget ice so great. lucky I found it on clearance.

This ice maker is great. We had a different model from a well known appliance company and had many issues this one works great. It keeps us in ice continually with no problems. I totally recommend this Philergo ice machine

My daughter wanted this as a birthday gift. She is really enjoying it. I've had the ice a few times when I've been over there. It does a great job. Thinking of buying one for my house.

I love this nugget ice maker. Just like Sonic ice. I've only had it a little over a week but it's been great. I waited 24 hours before plugging it in as per instructions. I use distilled water only. Ran a cycle to clean it. I through that ice away. I didn't time it but it makes ice fast! You can hear it while it's running but it's nothing distracting. I don't even notice it anymore. It cones with a scoop and a suction cup so you can hang it on the side of the machine. From my experience so far i definitely recommend it. i got it at a great price too! $134.

I had the GE Profile “famous” nugget ice maker, paid full price several hundred dollars, and within a year it broke. I bought a cheap bullet ice maker and hated it, I eventually broke it on accident. I saw an influencer post about this one and for the price point I said why not? Yesssss it's nugget ice praise the lord! My only complaint is how small the tray is, it gets full quickly. I tend to empty it into our ice bucket as well as ziplock bags, I prefer the ziplock bags because it's easier to breakup the ice. The other complaint is how much water you have to keep in it, obviously if it's constantly running it needs a lot of water. I live in Texas and it gets quite hot during the day, the ice doesn't melt too terribly, but again it just drains and makes more ice. To fill my Stanley cup it takes the whole tray of ice, if you have a larger family this could be an issue. We're a family of 3 but we always have extra ice reserved in the freezer. Using the clean function is easy as well. Would definitely purchase again!

Overall it's a good buy. It makes ice pretty quickly and on a small portion. I am a little disappointed that it doesn't keep the ice from melting during the making process. The ice pellets freeze together during storage and have to be broken up to use later. I would probably seek another option when buying again.

The ice machine is very efficient. However, the Con's for me. The ice basket and the reservoir are very small. It makes ice fast but if you have guest you will want to put your ice in a small cooler before your gathering if you want the pellet ice. you have enough ice for 2 large glasses and maybe 4 small glasses. The motor is loud if you have an open floor plan you can hear it. Pro's are it was a good price. Makes Ice quickly, comes with a nice little scoop and a hanger for the side of the box. very convenient. Shipped fast and easy to assemble. plug and play.

The ice doesn't stay frozen in the cup all day and I have a thermal cup. I expected at least to stay frozen eight hours while I was at work.
