These are the "traditional" shaped Phillips E-Series brush heads. I unknowingly bought some Phillips E-Series heads that are just round and vibrate faster. I feel like the round ones I accidently got feel like the dentist cleaning. My husband prefers these elongated heads. We tried a different brand of heads for our Phillips brushes and weren't happy with them. We now stick with just the Phillips brand.
I have had this toothbrush for several years and it has held up really well! I started using it when I started having issues with my gums. the dentist suggested it so I bought one right on the spot and have used it ever since!my gums have been a lot healthier! I just wish I could buy the heads in a single pack because I don't know how much longer the system will work and I don't want to get stuck with extra heads! do you still sell that same system because my dentist does not.he has the newer on which takes a different head! I LOVE IT!!!!
The e-series Sonicare has always worked well for us. Convenient 4-segment timer, good checkups at the dentist. I wish the base and handle were more clearly labeled. When it's time to buy replacement heads, I always get confused trying to remember which model brush heads I need to buy. This time I got it right, but how easy would it be to clearly label the product with the type of parts it requires?
Works as advertised. I have been using the product for one year. The dentist says the gums look good too although I did not floss as much as I should have. One other thing, my experience found the brushes last longer than advertised and you can push the time on replacement.
Overall highly recommend. I've noticed during the past year the brush heads no longer last more than 45 days, whereas they used to last for several months. Other than longevity and cost of brush heads, the product is awesome. I've owned for five years plus and my dentist is very happy with my gum health and minimal plaque build up.
I'm pleased with the original Sonicare Brush heads and will never buy the generic brush heads again. These work perfectly like they are supposed to. I tried to get the cheaper version of the generic and they don't fit on the machine properly, vibrate terribly and overall just don't work right. Some things are just meant to be bought with the proper machine and these are one of those things. Never buy the generic brand of brush heads for your Sonicare...use the originals.
The toothbrush head fits the base correctly, but not as tight as it should and allows some water to seep into the base. Any suggestions on how to correct this problem?
I suspect these particular toothbrush heads are knock offs. They didn't come in the standard hard plastic packaging, but were individually wrapped in a cellophane type of plastic. It doesn't feel the same on my gums and the quality of cleaning is not the same.
The head broke off after just a couple of uses.
Each time I brush my teeth, bristles begin falling out and sometimes get stuck in my teeth. This particular "batch" of brushes may have been defective?????
