I LOVE this AC! I was reluctant buying an ac sight unseen but this ac came perfection as described, blows COLD and strong! It has a beautiful design. I LOVE that it can blow up and down and side to side. Very satisfied with my purchase! The only negative thing I could add has nothing to do with the unit itself, but the delivery driver. He set the box on its side, where it is clearly marked "this side up" with arrows. Therefore, we had to let it sit 24 hours before we could install it. If you purchase this, make sure its delivered properly.

It gets very cold, powerful, and absolutely love having a remote to it!! Highly recommend! We had it in our living room and it had no problem cooling it down in under 5-10 minutes to where you would get too cold and have to turn it off.

easy install helps keep the house cool

So far it's working fine. This specific unit came with a dent in the back cover right where there was a crush in the box. My worry is that I bought the extended warranty and this could be a factor if it fails. The dent doesn't hit anything else inside the cover so I kept it. Although I wonder if it fell to get dented or it was just a fork lift driver with poor eyesight.🥸 It's a nice unit otherwise and I would recommend it. (Without the dent of course.😉) Oh! If it does have a dent make sure you take pictures with the date attached. Hey Walton family… hire full time and pay a fair wage. You know that you have the money and it's good for the people in this very tumultuous time in America. We all benefit when people can afford to live without welfare. Especially you billionaires. 🤓👍🫡

I can't give this a fair rating due to this not being a brand new/never used item. Although this wasn't advertised as refurbished, there were definite signs it had been used. There was a dent in the air conditioner coils as well as the top rail already being assembled although instructions were to "assemble". The air conditioner is really loud making me think perhaps this not only was used but perhaps dropped out of a window.

It arrived with a dented corner and we had to request a refund. Never had a chance to use it. I wish Walmart would stop using Fwd Ex. I read where several people had problems with getting items that were damaged when shipped from them.

Purchased AC unit and it does not even work as AC only the fan on it works. When trying to reach the seller or manufacturer no one will respond and give assistance. Do not purchase, waste of money. If I wanted to buy an expense fan I would have just purchased a fan not an “AC unit”.

THIS WAS A DISASTER - they made the appointment for 10.30 but NEVER SHOWED UP. By 3.00 I eventually got to speak to them and they said they had a problem and would be here later. By late that afternoon I canceled. WHY YOU USE ANGIE I DON'T BUT WHATEVER OR WHOEVER IT IS , IT'S RIDICULOUS. AND I'LL NEVER USE WALMART OR ANGIE AGAIN. HOME DEPOT ARE PROFESSIONALS. I SHOULD GET A REFUND FOR THE TIME THEY WASTED.

This unit arrived with the cooling fins smashed, the air filter has a hole in it and the door won't stay closed. It has been ruuning for 24hours and doesn't cool like it should for a 14000 BTU. It doesn't blow cold air. The housing itself is bent somewhere. It won't sit in the window frame correctly. We had to jerry rig it with wood to keep it from falling out the window!!. Our heat pump went out and we needed something ASAP. REGRET THIS CHOICE!!! WASTED MY MONEY!!!!!!
