This heater has been one of the best.The only thing about this heater I dont like is I could never get the remote control to work,I've tried new batteries and still the remote would not respond to the heater. Other then that I am very satisfied with the out put of radiator heat.
I received the heater and had a problem with it not blowing heat. Then I sent a message to Philodeco and the response was awesome. They sent me another heater at no cost and didn't have to ship the first one back. This is great customer service. The heater is very nice and it doesn't take much space .
Im so used to room heaters making noise that I thought this one arrived broken. Heated my cold room up in a few minutes and didn't make a single noise while doing so. The heater itself is lightweight, sleek, and easy to set up..wheels to keep on floor or wall hooks for wall mount. 100 percent recommend this heater
heater is really nice warms well and it's very consistent over long term not quick heating, the downside the plastic legs are kinda flimsy if not careful the pros the heater has solid safety features to prevent a fire. the customer service was wonderful and had another unit sent out almost immediately once contacted about the issues
remote control issues, goes in to CL child lock during prolong use, unit wont turn off unless you unplug it, which is concerning, remote must be paired with the unit, which seems impossible
The item came damaged by shipping. I sent an email with photos but had no response! The heater was needed so we MADE it work. The product is great. But the customer service needs help. I would love to have a unit that is not damaged. (Dented)
This was great at first. It quit working just past 3 months and Walmart wouldn't give me a refund, exchange, anything. They said I had to go to the manufacturer. I will never buy anything buy anything but in-store items from them again. There are competitors that are easier to do business with.
The unit gets extremely hot to the touch—far too hot to safely mount on a wall—yet it does a poor job of heating the room. I previously had a very small fan-powered heater that heated my small mudroom far better than this one. I also own a similar ceiling-mounted heater that works great, which is why I expected this to perform the same. Unfortunately, it doesn't. Don't waste your money
For what I paid I expect d much more than what I'm getting out of this heater. It does not put out the heat required to warm the space it is advertised for. What a piece of junk. Do not waste your money on this
This was supposed to be 500 sq ft mad with a 250 sq ft main heat source. It doesn't even heat our small living room. It says on the instructions it will take a while for it to become warm enough to heat a room but it has been on max temperature of 95 for 2 days now and it is still cold. I DO NOT recommend
