I've taken these for about a year and they are amazing. My stomach issues are so much better and regular bowel movements. These also help curb my appetite.

It's a little pricey but I do like the combination of probiotics, prebiotics, digestive enzymes but also including that weight management blend. Quality ingredients. I've only been using for roughly a week. So far so good.

It is a good probiotic for bloating and seems to help with weight loss as long as you keep to a healthy lifestyle.

Great probiotic, that have been beneficial to my health and have worked well for me. I lost several pounds after starting these which was great but it's the combating bloat and slowing my digestion that have me sold. I have made multiple purchases of these, twice I have run out hoping to catch them at a sale price. I've learned that paying a few extra dollars is definitely worth the price to pay vs. the bloat and GI discomfort/symptoms I experience when I run out. I had my gallbladder removed and it's been a trial and error on which probiotics make my GI symptoms worse, these have really helped manage my symptoms.

I could tell results in about a week. Great product
