Pilot, PIL77228, Dr. Grip Retractable Pen Refills, 2 / Pack

Dr. Grip pens make it possible for me to write even with arthritis and limited mobility in my hands. The cushion is larger than a normal pen and makes gripping easier. The ink doesn't clump. They last a long time, but I LOVE that there are refills as the pen mechanism lasts much longer than the ink.

I am unable to rate this product based on my experience as I had to return it. Even though it said it was compatible with retractible ballpoint pens, it was not long enough to engage the spring mechanism. The price was very doable since I was unsure that this would work in my pen.

I have been looking for the correct refills for my older dr grip pen. I kept finding the fatter ones which don't fit the older types. With no specific product item to go on I tried these and they worked!

Dr. Grip pens have a soft, cushy grip, and write beautifully. The ink rolls out smoothly and does not smudge. It is my all time favorite pen. The refill cartridges are the same high quality as the original.

I've had the same pen for six years and I've been ordering these refills since then. They were perfectly. I don't plan on changing pens anytime soon.

It took a few clicks once the pen was back together, to get the gear in the refill to line up with the gear in the clicker. Once that was accomplished, Smooth clicking. I like the ink in this item because it flows very nice, and it is fun to write. SUPER!

Refill is great. Info on the web is not accurate. Image showed black ink, info said it was blue. It is blue and I was thinking I was getting black.

Ink barrel on refill is half size of original Dr. Grip pen. This refill is too small for the Dr. Grip pen.

i ordered a pack of 2 pen refills in blue. they shipped a box of red pens. i need the refills.
