Great product, but the shipping department is 1000% incompetent. Either the order doesn't arrive at all because the package is leaking, or it arrives damaged. Multiple orders. Same problem. Carrier won't deliver a leaking box. Box falling apart. Lids cracked. You can't just throw this item in a box without packing material.

Took way too long to receive. I didn't receive it until almost 2 months after the date it was supposed to be delivered by.

I hate the fact that I have no way to get to Walmart. I hate the fact that Walmart charged me for Walmart Plus for over a year and refused to deliver their crap to my front door. Now, each time I use Walmart, it asks me to sign up for Walmart Plus. I refuse to give Walmart more money for services and undamaged products that it refuses to deliver to my front door. When I select "ship to front door," Walmart sends stuff to the post office. Sometimes, my items never arrive even at the post office, even when the tracking states the "product was delivered." The people at the Post Office rip off local residents, so Walmart must be criminal gang affiliated. The Pine Sol never arrived because obviously the UPS driver wanted Pine Sol for him or herself. Thus, now Pine Sol sucks and so does Walmart.

I am very happy with this product and use it regularly. I was VERY dissatisfied with the shipping of the product. I only received half of what I ordered. After several emails I finally received the second half only to find that it was packaged very poorly. The box fell out the bottom and drenched the mail carrier with the product. Now I will try to get my money back for the broken bottle.

I never received the item from the seller. i ordered the items at the first week of May and never received them, they were always in pending or delayed status. o requested a refund.

Both items was delivered to my home. It was busted up Pine-Sol running all over the place. The driver put it in a big black plastic bag and left it at my front door. Not a happy camper..

Walmart is great and did refund my money after a month of trying to get the product from the Seller. I will continue to shop Walmart but will never purchase anything that is supplied by Product Palace.
