I have been using this product for quite some time with other vitamins and minerals. I think that my regime is keeping me healthy.

The Benefits of This Wheat Grass Product Do Not Outweigh the Inconvenience
7 tablets per serving is TOO MUCH! I actually had the "great" idea today to dissolve them in a bottle of water with some drink mix added... yuck. Every sip made me cough and choke on the undissolved particles. I take other vitamins too, so SEVEN tablets for just one supplement is not going to work for me :/
