color was perfect, matched the cap after drying. have to use the "dust coat" method to get good , even coverage, final finish was better than expected!

Very pretty, colorful napkins. I purchased ahead of time for Christmas festivies. This brand has the best prices for paper napkins on the web.

I like the way this color stands out. but applying this to metal I noticed it's not at all florescent. I sprayed a piece of wood and a few months later it is still very bright and vibrant. but the toolbox I painted the color came out way darker and not vibrant at all

The easy to use spray nozzle is especially convenient for this bright color it dries super fast and covers well. Overall it is as advertised but I would recommend it for small crafts. The color is so vibrant it explodes

This is the worse Rust-oleum paint I have ever had the misfortune to use. I bought it to paint little metal figures and after six coats, 6, they are barely turning orange. The nosle has clogged several times and it isn't because I didn't shake the can. I shook it for at least 2 or 3 minutes before each application. This paint is crap!

Beautiful color. only problem I've experienced with Rustoleum florescent paint is some cans will clog during application Today I got about 20- 30 seconds of spray and then the nozzle clogged I attempted to clear it to no avail. I changed the nozzle and it again sprayed about 20 seconds and clogged the 2nd nozzle. I have had the same clogging issues with Rustoleum flat white primer. Rustoleum will mail you a check for the cost you paid. However my bank won't process a 6.78 check via mobile deposit. So I will have to drive to a branch. So not worth it. Another problem with Rustoleum spray paint is you HAVE to get ALL painting done within the first hour. If any additional coats are applied after one hour or before the base coats are COMPLETELY cured. (1-2 weeks ) the base coats that are uncured WILL reactivate, loosen, and cause the wrinkling and damage also known as orange peel. The can reads before 1 hour or after 48 hours. The 48 hrs instruction is a joke. You have to wait.

Absolute trash! Coverage is non existent the nozzle is trash and spits and sputters everywhere. Couldn't throw a good coat on if my life depended on it and I've been painting for over 20 years with cans and top of the line spray guns for auto body so it isn't for lack of knowledge. The color is good but try getting it on anything evenly or without some major splatter is impossible. I never take the time to leave reviews but this product ticked me off enough to leave one, AVOID IT!

I've bought 2 of the pink ones, now, and BOTH of them stopped spraying after a few sprays. Nothing happens. I've tried all the tricks. Only with the pink ones. Sup wit dat?

Very thin. Spatters everywhere. Could not get it to stop no matter how much I shook it. I decided to just go with it and pretend like I wanted it all speckled... If you don't, get something else. I have spray paint that cost a dollar that's been in the shed for 5 years that works better.

Can contents was possibly frozen or very old paint as when it came out the can it was watery and runny and wouldn't cover metal fence post then it ran out of aerosol with 2/3 can of paint still left in can.with no way to get it out,
