Pit Boss Onyx Edition Savannah Grill Cover

Great grill for the price it's my second one I bought the original one that came out. Oh I don't know 10 maybe 10 maybe 15 years ago and learned how of smoke on it on that one this one makes it much easier. Good grill for the price. great smoker if you know where to put the meat actually on the middle shelves. I would buy it again.

The was perfect, but the grill never worked out of the box. The igniter went out, and it had 4000 on back order.. so i returned the grill

I didn't give all 5 stars, because the pit boss had scratches in some areas. The bottom of the box must of have gotten wet. The bottom fall out just moving it from the pallet. Plus the pit had water marks from the box. When making a big purchase, you want it to look new. The pit boss itself doing a great job!

Upon picking up the grill, one of the plastic wraparound strings to secure the box was missing, indicating that the box had been opened. I let the employee know about my concern about the possibility of some damage to the grill. I was told, that if there is an issue, return it to the store. Two employees loaded the box into my truck. Out of the box, I noticed that the pellet hopper handle is dented and has a subtle caved-in condition towards the bottom of the hopper box. Returning the grill to the store is quite challenging for me since I am unable to lift it. However, the grill works fine so far after initial burn-off and one-time 8 hours of grilling.

So heavy and the packaging is not great, when I assembled it was scratched and dented. I was going to return it at my local Walmart but they did not have it in stock. Also I needed it right away for my business.

so far it works well, when we got it the box was beat up and when putting it together the bottom tray was damaged and my husband had a hard time putting it together from it. We called Pit Boss and they said the damage was a walmart issue but its 200 lbs so I'm not dragging it back to the store for walmart to do nothing for me.

it looked as if it was dropped from 10 ft. it was dented and the door didnt even close. The screw holding the door broke the head off. Also there was missing parts.

damaged on arrival. return for a refund. damaged item picked up by Walmart courier. Item purchased January 18, 2026. Returned, January 22, 2026. It is now, January 27, 2026. No refund submitted nor received.
