We tried our new Traeger pellet grill for the first time New Years day with a prime rib roast. I know, an expensive experiment. We used the gourmet pellets and followed the recipe found in a book we got with the grill. It turned out so good, even my wife at it and she's not much for red meat. I'm sending some of these to my son for Father's day to treat his FIL to steaks.

I have used several Bear Mountain Pellets blends and found them all to be of high quality. They burn well providing good clean smoke for my food products. I like to mix different woods together to give special flavor to my briskets and other meats. Bear Mountain doesn't disappoint at all.

Just getting into pellet grilling and the variety of choices was a bit overwhelming. Enter this product - works great across the board! Not sure I'll change unless someone convinces me otherwise. This simply works for every food I've done from Boston butt to cauliflower!

Love the fact I could get a large bag, with cherry you really can't go wrong, can be used to enhance any meat. I used my cherry pellets to smoke bologna and bacon pepper jack pimento cheese for our Christmas Eve get together (turned out phenomenal, every loved the flavor). Bear Mountain pellets are pressed tight and good size to give a good long hot smoke.

Excellent product, proper moisture content that provides great smoke and flavor. I own a Traeger Iron 885 and a Pitts and Spitts Maverick 2000 with side box. I do a lot of smoking for the North Texas High School Rodeo Association and they all approve of the food I smoke.

You won't find better pellets out there. I've tried em all. Bear mountain has been the only pellet I'll run in my yoder, GMG, Traeger, and smoke tubes. Minimal dust, excellent smoke/flavor, clean burning, and the absolute best customer service you'll encounter. Love these guys n gals!

The pellets were great even though I received the wrong flavor. Arrived on time and not damaged. I will have to order the correct pellets at a later date and direct from the manufacturer.
