Pit Boss Sierra 3 Burner Non-Stick Griddle

We did our research. So glad we did. This is next level cooking. I'm thrilled with our grill, especially considering that it's the EXACT same grill as the Ultimate (just a different colored top) but hundreds of dollars cheaper. We drove 2 hours to pick ours up in store since it's been sold out online and a lot of people complain about shipping damages. Just make sure that Walmart actually has the item in stock (the inventory isn't always accurate). Likewise, the store might say it's out of stock online but they actually have it on the floor. This grill is amazing. So easy to clean up!! No rusting. Just remember to use it like a Teflon pan. No metal utensils. I couldn't be happier with it. I should mention that although the top "lifts off" for portability, I think this option is still a very heavy one.

We love it!!! Bit of a pain to put together, but this grill is awesome!!! Everything glides like butter on it and cleans super easy!! We don't even use our regular grill anymore!

Very easy to clean, the only thing is that I am used to metal utensils and now I need to use plastic to avoid damaging the top and that includes using a high quality plastic knife

I knew what I was buying, I had done my research. Since you had this, I was actually looking at the Pit Boss Ultimate 3 or 4 Burner model. After doing research and watching the Waltwins on YouTube, it's the same, except for a few things. Comes in cheaper so I was happy.

I bought a rolled steel top griddle from wal mart previously. It was too big, I never used the air fryer, the maintenance of the cooktop gets old, and ohh what a mess if you forget the grease catch on the back and it rains. I wanted an outdoor unit that would weather well and not create a greasy mess on the deck, I wanted to make pancakes and hash browns and eggs without picking up the darkened coloration. I've completed 5 cooks now on my pitboss sierra and it behaves like Teflon. Super easy clean up and far less oil and butter needed to make a delicious meal. Smash burgers and pancakes and hashbrowns and eggs all have turned out awesome. Very impressed with the fast delivery from Walmart and very thankful that this pitboss is available at this amazing price. Very happy so far.

Ordered this online and pick up curbside in a location that had 2. Drove 35 mins. I guess they couldn't find the item but the store manager was helpful but. But now I am without a griddle.

Package showed up late, busted up, and out boss customer service wasn't much help with replacement parts. The unit itself has damage and that requires a full return through Walmart.

Griddle came assembled but when we got it home and took a good look we discovered it was missing parts, starting with the instruction manual! There were also a couple of small dents in the lid. Shame on Walmart for selling it this way. Shame on me for not taking a closer look at the store! Will be returning for a refund!!

Bottom shelf was damaged as shipped, and it's not possible to mount the propane tank. It's been several months since i requested a replacement but have not heard anything. Also, this griddle is not non-stick. It builds carbon regardless of temp, preheating, etc. Further, you are limited to using non metallic utensils which contributes to carbon buildup since it's impossible to remove all food particles with silicon spatulas
