This is the absolute best protein shake I can find on the market that does not break the bank. I cannot have whey as it affects my sinusitis and I've developed an allergy to soy, so this is perfect for me. This powder tastes good and is a complete meal in and of itself. Great for my busy life and provides me with the protein, probiotics, %26 green vegetables I cannot get while on the run. The peanut butter flavor is my favorite and stands alone in flavor. The vanilla cookie tastes good as well, but makes a wonderful coffee creamer. I also add a little stevia and chai instant powder to the vanilla cookie shake to make a perfectly healthy chai latte (hot or cold). Take 1 scoop every 3 hours, 5 times a day and eat a high protein, meal with minimal carbs and a little fat once a day for a really great postmenopausal weight-loss plan. (Drink 100 oz of water and 2 low sodium no sugar electrolytes daily as well for the best results.) (men would need 1.5-2 scoops of this powder.)
