Works on Macbook and Android. It even came with an attatched adapter to fit PC. Volume up/down and mute buttons worked on both Macbook and android.

the mic volume and sound do not match..can barley hear my calls and my voice is way to loud .adjusting volume does not help still sounds muffled

My cord has a shortage in it and I hang my headsets up everyday and cord be out the way I dont how I got a shortage but I need a replacement please.
