Use for saving small bits of leftovers in freezer. Perfect for travel when taking small portions for a quick snack or meal. Great for lunchtime for kids or snacking. Love these little containers! Can even store crafts or small decorations, buttons or bells!
Convenient. As a single person I usually save 1/2 to 2/3 of every can I open from soup to fruits/vegetables to normal cooked leftovers. From freezer or refrigerator to microwave these are constantly in use. Since I never like more than 2 days of the same food, this helps me save those 3rd %26 4th portions without throwing it away from boredom. Variety is a plus in the freezer.
Almost didn't buy due to some reviews about quality and not sealing properly. Took a chance and glad I did. Used these several times for both liquids and solids without any issues.
This is good for freezing small portions of food. I make my own texas hot sauce and these small containers are perfect for that. I only have a few people to feed it to, so these are perfect to make a batch that last through the summer and fall.
Cooking for 1 can create waste. These containers allow for efficiency. I'm not making the same meal over several days. That doesn't help my health. I'm just washing and sorting. This helps me stay flexible with my meals. It helps me combat cravings in the exact moment. It's easier to get a frozen meal. It's important that I have the tools to combat preservatives and excessive salt.
The product picture is pretty deceptive, I wouldn't have ordered these if I saw their true dimensions. I really like these containers, so I thought I'd order a size larger, and the pic shows a squat round container. What I received looks like a full size blender. They're about 14 inches tall and 4 inches around. I wanted these to freeze leftovers, but they won't fit in our freezer, and not even in the fridge. They're not really large enough around to keep for dry storage, and I have glass mason jars for that, and these taper from a smaller bottom to a bit larger top, so they won't even stack or nestle without wasted space. I will probably send these back, too bad, the company and the product are really excellent! We have the 32 ounce tubs and just received the nice squat, like this picture, 16 oz I think, wanted to round out and redo our shabby, random holes and lids that have been around for a while and parts get misplaced. These are color coded and the threads and containers are well made and quality, I just didn't expect this size or configuration, too bad. I actually do recommend the product, just not this exact one, the others we are very pleased with and have filled up with soups and stews, and wanted a few more on hand. Didn't work out this time, oh well
These are smaller than I expected. But they fit 2 boiled peeled eggs perfectly. I pack them up Sunday nights %26 have 2 eggs every day that are very compact to carry %26 make healthy high protein snacks each morning. Easy to clean, lid fits securely. I highly recommend.
Look great, clean up well, but they do leak. my daughter oacks cottage cheese in these, and we have to put a bag over them so her backpack doesn't get stinky. they don't always leak, I'm not sure why they do occasionally.
Didn't get them. Got someone else's package. Had to take it to a Walmart store to get refund. That is not good enough. If I re order I want it for free, as I did all your work for the other person, plus gas to drive to the store. You owe me… more than just the refund… you owe me for a new order, and my time, and my mileage!
the item that arrived was NOT the product I ordered. I wanted containers to put condiments in for my lunches . unfortunately what showed up were specimen cups for the doctors office. it was more cost effective to toss them because it would have cost me more to return in time and effort then the cash they cost.
