Wonderful toy line! Construction of models is easy but also welcomes creativity and complexity as you make your own creations. And this latest line has lots of new joints that result in even more posability and play options. Also, while I love spachips, I was very excited when landbased vechicles/mechs were released. Can't get enough of these toys!

We love Snap Ships - they're great for spatial, visual and fine motor skills and an excellent father-son activity! This one is special because it's an action figure rather than a space ship. Our kids love hunting for the "special pieces" and the multiple builds in one allows for extended play.

This is our first Snap Ships kit and once we got the hang of assembling it, we are really proud of the end result. We've assembled other similar kits and we found that this one is great for kids because the pieces are easy to snap together and they stay attached together. We first organized the pieces by color and initially were a bit confused by the illustrated instructions because there were two blocks that were very similar in shape. We used the wrong piece and had to back track a bit, but recovered quickly and we were very impressed by the finished product - an imposing figure that stood on two legs, which we attached to the display stand lid. Some of the features are fun like the spears that can be launched and the tiny solder that we hid inside the mech. I liked that we could manipulate the various parts of the mech (moving its arms, torso, legs). Overall it was easy to build - the six-year old and I - worked together. I think with more practice he could probably build the other two models (in the instruction book) with less reliance on me. The building pieces are really good quality and the kit comes with a tool that will separate pieces if you make a mistake. We look forward to trying the two other designs, but for now, this one is proudly currently on display.

Another great Snap Ship! My son loved that this one was a mech instead of a ship. He always has a lot of fun building these and this one was no different! The interchangeable parts are a plus, too, for when they want to create their own ships. Highly recommended!

Its a Mech, what more do i need to say. Poseable for toy like this is sweet and its crab walker variant is something I would buy another to build just to have it. Don't like the new 'alien' tech pieces which push on to tabs instead being like the other parts of it but that's just personal.
