PlayStation 5 Disc Edition – Call of Duty: Black Ops 6

This is great it was the Father's Day present for my father obviously and he absolutely loves it and it's great and I live in Florida and I had purchased it from the Warren Walmart from Florida and it was delivered to him the same day by a nice delivery driver

Setup was easy and quick. Widget function allow used to customize to users preferences. Cross platform play has allowed for a wider multiple game base. Console has alot of storage space for a wide sort of games offered.

It's a great Fuel wouldn't change anything. Love the dish drive on it as well as the game that came with the system, which was a digital download that stays in your gaming library forever. 👍🏽

I bought this for my son for Christmas. The PS5 came in good condition and works fine. The Black Ops 6 Digital download was incredibly frustrating on Christmas Day because we could never get it to download and function. Even after exhausting all of our data and purchasing more and trying again. I called PlayStation support, I tried Activision Support, and lastly the seller for a remedy but it looks like the only thing we can do is go without. That's not a satisfactory outcome in my opinion. I bought the disc version of the PS5 for a reason and that was to avoid digital downloads for precisely this reason. If you want to spend more money for something that doesn't work go ahead otherwise just buy the PS5 by itself.

So just outside of the 30 day return window, this thing starts overheating and shutting down. Initially, it was only on graphic intensive games after playing for hours straight. Now, about 5 mins after it boots up, it crashes and shuts down. Then goes through some sort of repair or rebuild procedure. Useless, can't play anything on it Now I have to pay to mail it back to Sony, and have them ship me a refurb that I have to good and pray works longer than this one. What a waste of money, these things are built like garbage, can't even speak to a person to try and fix or expedite a replacement, this will be my last Sony product for a while. My PS4 pro was flaky as well, hoped the PS5 would have been a better experience. Not even close, nothing but regret.

Did not get the game Black Ops which was supposed to be included. Please send it to me.

At this point I am almost scared to plug this in and turn it on. The box was completely damaged with fingerprints all over it. when I picked it up to open it, the seal was already broken and things were moving around inside, turns out its because old wires were thrown in. theyre not new, not even shiny like new. okd and worn in. then the ps5 itself has dings and dirt prints on it. The amount of money we spent we should have gotten new and not beat up or used.
