Literally spent $1000 to spend an entire afternoon chasing a ghost. Finally got the Microsoft account linked to the Playstation, only to disvover that while the account info all transfers, none of the game progress does. i never would have purchased the playstation, and certainly not the Forza bundle, if they disclosed that the cross playform stuff came with a big asterisk. So I end up with a crying 10 year old, and a lighter wallet. Merry Christmas

I purchased this ps5 through Walmart online, I will never do that again. The ps5 works but the remotes DONT. It came with A charger combo IT SUCKS the remotes DONT hold the charge. I've contacted Walmart and hypertect about this situation I spent over $600 for this ps5 with 2 remotes and a controller charger holder, Walmart can't replace anything because it was through online Walmart with a third party. HYPERTECH contacted me one time after I sent a video and pictures. It's been over a month and a half and nothing my son can't even play on the ps5 so this was a waste of time and money and I'll never buy from Walmart online again.
