Plants arrived perfectly fine, all 12 varieties are in great shape. **Ignore the comments with poor grammar, they likely failed to read the giant disclosure on the outside of the box to ‘handle with care and OPEN IMMEDIATELY. 100% recommend, I will be purchasing again.

I ordered the bundle of 4 pothos. I didn't know what to expect ordering live plants to be shipped. All arrived in perfect condition. The plants are very well rooted, thick with tons of foliage. Great color and no dead leaves. They were very well packed and protected. Will order another bundle now that I know what to expect.

I ordered a 6 pack of these air purifying indoor plants and didn't think about the temperature outside for their delivery. I'm not sure how far they travelled to me but they survived and are doing great! It was 3 degrees when I came home to them in my package drop off box. They had been in there for several hours plus the time they had been exposed to the cold in shipping. I was truly surprised that they were ok! They are just as advertised and they came in excellent condition. I will definitely order from this company again.

I could not be more impressed with this company! My first time ordering, the plants arrived when the temperatures here in northern Michigan were -22°. I emailed the company and sent a picture of the plants, they responded the next day and sent out a new shipment of plants with heat packs inside and shipped two day priority mail without charging me anything extra. I had also mentioned in my email that my favorite Pothos plants were the marble and the silver Pothos and if they had any extra of those in lieu of just the plain green leaf ones that would be great. The company not only sent out new gorgeous plants immediately, but they sent me my favorites as well and all arrived very healthy!!! Their communication showed how much they care about their product and their clients and I could not be more impressed!

The weather was frigid here so I think they could have been packaged better but in their defense, they shipped a second order out at no charge and 80% of them arrived alive. It will take some time for the damaged growth to die off and I’m hoping they will be ok. 2 did die from second order.

I've had them for a month now and three are doing pretty well. I'll definitely be getting more pothos from here in the future. The Micans plant that came with the Pothos is what's giving me trouble. It had a few reddish leaves when it arrived, soon after it grew fungus and started falling off. Haven't given them water so they'd adjust but I don't think it's dying from lack of water. Just took the dying parts out and hope the rest of the plant survives.

I just ordered 12 baby plants—aww, they're so cute. Tiny. Innocent. Full of lies. Because the second they arrived, I had to perform full-blown plant surgery with care just to get them out of whatever industrial-strength tape-and-plastic wrap prison they were shipped in. See pictures. I'm over here doing delicate extractions like I'm on an episode of Botanical ER, trying not to accidentally unalive a leaf, watching for the soil while cutting through enough packaging to survive a natural disaster. I hope they keep growing. All this for something that's supposed to be low maintenance. Cute? Yes. Traumatizing? Also yes.

I am just starting my green thumb journey. I ordered these plants and they were shipped to me. There is nothing in them telling me what kind of plant they are or how to care for them. It did come with a card with a QR code to scan, but when you scan it you get taken to an app that has to be paid for.

I gave it two stars because even though the plants are healthy, they literally gave me six of same plant which is wild. I thought I was going to get a variety pack and here I got six or twelve of the same type of plant. Will be returning for a refund and ordering from else where.
