I had to return it : ( so sad, I can't fit it anywhere in my kitchen, for mom's day my son got me a Neretva Bread maker %26 I have the same problem plus I don't eat bread since lent. we will see it does make other things. When I purchased the air fryer I did my homework %26 that was the best choice I really hated taking it back but better days are coming : )

The air fryer needs a way to turn off before it's the timers up for when the food is done already. You can't turn the knob on mine to turn it back off.

Great product and idea to have the toaster/air fryer…I wish you could open up on the sides to clean like others I've seen but besides that it looks amazing. Unfortunately I couldn't use mine as i believe it was damaged during transit and or had electrical problems along with it. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund…when my outlet almost blew up and there was black smoke I immediately threw it in the dumpster. I took several pictures of the electrical damage %26 glass splinters from the cracked front door. Wouldn't help me at all because I didn't have the old one to return to the store which I can't do because I can't drive. So idk how to rate this product until I am taken seriously and recompensed by this company. Product looked amazing but never got to try it out….hoping in a few months I can come back %26 will have a lot nicer things 2 say!

Pros: - Nice looking and small enough to fit easily on the counter - Air fry does a decent job Cons: - Very thin metal construction (top had a dent, drip pan was bent) - Timer knob was hard to turn - Corners on the inside bottom had spaces where crumbs would fall into making it hard to clean - Fan is very noisy during air fry Returned it.

This was a gift to my daughter and my grandson, so when I finally got a chance to see how it works and the picture is very misleading. It doesn't light up when in use or while opening and closing. No light at all. Also, it gets very hot on top so and a child who doesn't know any better will get burned or at least they would know not to touch the top ... Also, it is very small, and you could probably cook one Cornish hen at a time in it. There is no way you can cook a young chicken in it unless it touches the top and sides and it will burn on top because of the height compacity. If I had seen it before my grandson and daughter had opened and used it, I would have taken it back, but they also threw the box it came in awa.

this is made out of 10 it gets extremely hot to the touch the dial for the timer is extremely hard to turn it does not turn to the correct number you need without great difficulty. it is not an air fryer. about the only thing it does do is toast a bagel. it burns onion rings french fries drives these products out I tried to cook fresh fish in it it burned it this is not worth a penny

I bought this air fryer and got a warranty on it. I've had it for a couple months, and now the knob is stripped, and I can't turn it on. I thought I would give it a shot, but this usually isn't the brand I would buy. Dose not Cook right at all. First time using it this Air Fryer started smoking turn on all of my smoke alarms 😔 Food wasn't done at all. used it the second time and it went to smoking and burning again I had enough at that point this product sucks I would not recommend this to anyone.

If i could give this item zero stars, I would! If you're looking for an airfryer or toaster oven, move on! First of all, it only cooks one side of everything! including french fries, toast PIZZA! so you have to go in and flip everything. ( except the pizza of course ) but the bottom didnt get done. I might of as well crank up the stove where i can make more product like french fries chicken tenders since i have to flip them anyway. just not at all what i was looking for. Also, there's no way to stop cooking or pause the cooking to check on something. Last night 3/16/2023 i decided to just throw some chicken tenders in. they got done quicker than the bag told me to airfry them for, so they were starting to burn. so i opened the door to get them out, and im met with extreme heat and no way to shut it off. i got the tenders out but i had to let the machine finish out the last 8 min in order for it to go off. it just wasn't a very thought-out piece of equipment. also, the knobs get so hot while in use that even if you could turn it off that way, it wouldn't let you. It's just truly poorly made, and i am returning it!
