after doing dishes one night and after pulling the plug the water dropped a couple inches and stopped, hmmm, l have three hand crank cable style snakes but could only get the smallest of the three so far, after getting this l had the drain cleared and flowing, it's small size and flexibilty saved the day
This drain cleaner tool worked perfectly within 1 minute of trying to unclog bathtub. Went through 4 bottles of different declogger liquids and none worked. Extended the drain cleaner tool about 2 feet and problem solved. The spiral end is small so fit through the drain opening easily. winds right back up and small enough to leave in a bathroom drawer or cabinet. Highly recommend and do not know why I waited so long to get this tool. Price was worth it!
Well built and easy to operate. Perfect for unclogging the p-trap on your sink or toilet! Or shower drain! For use in kitchen or bathroom! Plastic encapsulated to keep it tidy.
Nodirections for the use of this item. It appeared to be easy in the online discription but not in actual use. would not recommend this item to anyone.
This snake for clearing debris from pipes offers mild frustration unwinding and controlling results. After several unsuccessful attempts at clearing I gave up and purchased a different product with proven results and more money.
Isn't the whole idea of having an effective drain snake, having one that is able to be forced through angles and curves in the pipe? You are essentially able to manipulate the snake at your end forward through any curve or obstruction within reason. Otherwise why even buy one? That's the main reason you buy the thing, Otherwise you may as well go at things with a metal close hanger or chemical. Clogged bathroom drain. I open cabinet below sink, and I can see my drain pipe that i need to maneuver the snake through. The pipe has angle resembling a U shape. Most snakes I've used in the past would eventually be forced past the angle through minimal effort on my end . This one here stopped dead in its tracks four inches into the job . Directions followed, repeated attempts , and nothing. Absolute waste of money. Don't care what other reviewers may say. You purchase a snake, the main factor is does it continue moving forward? The answer was given to me immediately and clearly with this product . Nope
Please don't buy this item. I inserted it into my sink and wound it down. The handle broke off as i tried to unwind it. The entire snake is somehow stuck in my drain. My son and i have tried to remove it to no avail. We now have to take the pipes loose to release the snake. Terrible purchase!
Now, I know that Walmart has people that go out and they choose items to put on the shelves and to the person who chose this item to put on the shelf.\n I don't know who they are, but they need a better job. Well, a job that's better suited for their skill set. Choosing items is not one of them. And the person that invented a flat snake to go in the circle pipes.Yeah that guy was a real genius (sarcasm) i could just hear this pitch now. Hey guys, can you say you're sink? Is clogand you're looking around looking around with them, right? You can't find anything to unplug it. But I have a flat metal rod to go into a circle pipe. And it's gonna hurt, but you gotta week later around a whole lot for it to go. Nowhere cause it's flat.
Never received item. I needed it. Was charged for it. I want it delivered or a refund. I have to unclog sink before -40 degrees. Reason I ordered from Walmart was I could get a hardware item.
handle doesn't want to turn in or out of water ..I have to force it .It will not go as far as it suppose to .so I am not able to put in the hole as far as it needs .the hanger and all the liquid product I've bought..nightmare
