I am 87 years old and have lots of yard flowers to water %26 unable to drag a big, heavy, bulky water hose around. This is perfect for me, light weight and so easy to handle. Love the start %26 finish also as it is so easy %26 also fun to watch! Have not had my Pocket Hose long enough to really judge the quality of the hose itself. Right now, I would give it a 10 (if I could I would give it higher).

The hose that I received was very nice looking. I had all the parts and pieces to it. It seemed to want to twist a little bit, but it was easily un twisted but in the end after the water has flow through the end did have quite a hard time, adjusting or matching my faucet my outdoor faucet, so it did leak. It stage stretched out. I held it up to make sure there was no water inside it, forcing it to keep from restricting or contracting, but it is still didn't work so at that point, I was disappointed otherwise it worked OK bye the hose or from the faucet part, but in the end, one thing that I was disappointed and was hoping to see the hole did not restrict or contract and shrink back up. Very light weight, easy to manage, seems to be made well and amazing how it expands and shrinks. It does not take up much space. It is so easy to connect, well made heavy duty cut on and off. The water sprayer has many sprayer options and is easy to work. It makes watering flowers and plants so much easier. Outside clean ups for porches, sidewalks and washing your car is so much easier. Moving my 100 ft. hose around is easy on my back. I will purchase another Tommy Copperhead hose for my backyard. I love it!

I just received it so I can't judge its longevity. It's well made and so much easier to use than a traditional hose. After the water is turned off it holds a lot of water that has to be used before the hose will retract. That needs to be taken Into consideration when using so as not to waste water.

I ordered the 75' hose. Unless the hose is on it doesn't reach 75'. not a problem wit h a nozzle but huge problem with sprinkler. I have to turn the hose on at the faucet, for it to extend, when I turn the shut off/on on at the other end of the hose I take a bath with the sprinkler as the sprinkler automatically starts spraying.

I've only used my hose 2 times. And today was my second time I've used my pocket hose. But, my Hose Sprung a Leak and got me soaked where it's leaking on the outside layer of the hose. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed with the leak of your hose. I just picked up your Pocket Arrow today and was looking forward to using it. But, instead your hose leaked and I had to shut it off. I would like to have a replacement at No Costs Since this is a Manufacture Defect.

The pocket pivot leaked and they make it so difficult to get a replacement. We just purchased. After sending photos and explaining issues they wanted more information and costs for replacing. Very complicated if anything does work. I will buy a cheaper one next time.

I am not sure where this product came from. As seen on TV it said you would receive the hose in a few days and you could buy it at Walmart. It was a long wait and the hose came stuffed in a box used and destroyed. It should have came in the original Pocket Hose box. I bought a new product, so unsure who sent this to me and where it came from. I can't recommended it or make a review on this, because I can't try it.

I purchased the 25-foot version of this hose from Walmart, and it started leaking within a few weeks. Water now leaks from three different spots along the hose, making it completely unusable. It also stopped extending properly. It seems like the material was already deteriorated or “rotten.” I actually bought a similar 100-foot hose from the manufacturer on Amazon and it works perfectly, so this particular one from Walmart must have been defective or sitting in the store too long. Very disappointed and hoping Walmart will issue a refund. I am open to returning the item.

Bought this item from Walmart and it was filled by BulbHead, I paid $140.71 for 100 feet of Water hose in May 2025 have had the for 5 months and now it is leaking BAD in the middle of the hose, to get a refund or replacement from Bulbhead I need to fill out some paperwork for them to send me a place to send it back to them at my expense for them decide if they will replace or refund, At that rate I'm better off just buying a new hose.
