Best Quality %26 Lowest Price

Kaytecando November 1, 2025

I have tried every single bladder leak pad there is as I don't have leaks, I have FLOODS. The 8 is long enough but the 7 works just as well. They truly stay in place and don't twist out of place. You can't fet a lower price for this quality. I have learned by personal trial and error!

Coverage without bulkiness

Barbara June 10, 2025

Although I’m a long user of the brand, this is the first time I have tried this size, and I am loving it. Because of the length and size of these pads, I get full coverage.; yet they are not big and bulky. They’re comfortable even when I’m wearing my jeans.

Combine with pull-ons for great protection

Customer September 23, 2025

If you have an advanced case of incontinence so you have minimal control, these provide excellent insurance against leakage. A single overnight pull-on panty in ANY brand (and I’ve tried them all) is not sufficient for a full night’s sleep. Adding this highly absorbent pad (which offers length and wings that prevent leakage at the legs) to an overnight pull-on almost always provides enough protection unless sleeping for extra long hours. Let’s face it, there is no perfect solution that provides the stress-free sleep of our youth. These overnight lining pads also provide tremendous daytime protection for extended outings away from home. Wear these inside Depends overnight pull-ons for a snug and acceptably lightweight protection during a day’s shopping. Be certain to use Depends brand for this, because their absorption panels are made of a synthetic that remains soft and lightweight when full. This special lining is what makes them more costly. The cheaper brands are filled with a fiber that becomes heavy and rather rigid when saturated. They pull down and sag. They are okay at night or when working around the house where you have the freedom to change as needed. When you are away from home, you definitely want to be wearing the Depends overnight pull-on for protection that will remain snugly against you and not begin to sag and pull your garments downward from gravity on their saturated weight. By using only overnight products around the clock, and layering them this way, I am able to maintain a normal level of activity with confidence. It costs more to include Depends for my away-from-home hours, and also to buy solely overnight versions of everything, but I save by using the less expensive products at home and at night where weight, sag, and uncomfortable rigidity is not an issue. I have developed an excellent system of protection by combining Poise, Tena, and Depends, bought in bulk via Walmart on-line when they offer special discounts. A subscription plan is also cheaper if you can predict your needs accurately enough not to run out too soon, or you over-order to keep a backup supply, or your local stores sell overnight products. Currently, my circumstances do not allow any of those luxuries, but Walmart frequently provides discounts or Walmart cash with these products so that one or another of these savings is almost always available with at least one of these products. I hope sharing these strategies will help those of you who are struggling with very stubborn incontinence to create a protection system that is as reliable, comfortable, and inexpensive as possible. Most people do not realize that a severe incontinence condition costs over $200 monthly in supplies to allow a close-to normal lifestyle, and it is not covered by Medicare or most insurances. That is a large chunk of a fixed income monthly check. Good luck, fellow warriors!

I highly recommend this product. It is the best protection without going to a diaper. It absorbs pretty quickly. Just a personal note, I find that for myself I need more protection in the front so I actually wear the pads backwards to what is recommended.

Give these a try.

Vicki December 9, 2025

I ordered these not actually knowing the size of these pads. When I first opened one, I was amazed how large it was. Thought I was not going to wear it. I am not huge woman. My incontinence is triggered by panic attacks or anxiety, therefore I am gushy, not a dribbler. Once I put one on and experienced the quality and holding power of this pad, I was hooked. These pads have saved me from cleaning up many wet incidents. They have great absorption. I feel relieved that I can move around in my home and not worry. I have changed to wearing only these when I am at home. I wear a panty product when I do go out (which is infrequently). If you want peace of mind and they aren't way oversized for you, I would give them a try. You might just be surprised.

Better than other options.

Gail June 22, 2025

While shortened like all other pads in the last few years, it's as good as anyone can get. The kength is crucial gor my health snd size, but i have no other choice on that part. poise is at keast good quality and reliable for coverage and comfort. I'm grateful for when my UHC OTC Card will cover them. It would helpful too if they didn't come bunched up on the end, causing tape to stick awkwardly and tearing pad to state of uselessness.

Problem with how delivered unwrapped out in the op

Jeanne June 15, 2025

I have a problem in which these pads and the other set were delivered they were left on front porch not in a wrapping or a box I was very embarrassed by this. One of my neighbors called normally they r in a box or wrapped in plastic afraid to order again

Terrible excuse for adult bladder protection. Virtually no absorbency, leaks poured right through as though I wasn’t wearing anything. Will NEVER buy this brand again. I say that every time I try one of their subpar products, but this time I really mean it!
