I'm an older woman who had 5 kids. And seriously, when you've had kids, that can mess things up internally, including bladder control. These Poise pads have helped me maintain my self esteem. And at night, I can get to the bathroom without worrying. The adhesive strip is strong enough to hold the pad in place. Plus, the hourglass shape guarantees that I won't be uncomfortable wearing them.

they're very absorbent, they keep me protected through the night, I like that they're very long and also thin it helps to keep things discreet, I also use them for my time of the month because I work in a Warehouse doing manual labor like walking a lot they stay put longer than regular pads.

If you want an overnight incontinence pad that feels like a super thin period pad, this is the one to use 24/7! They even have WINGS to keep them attached to your panties, and they sure work! NOTE: Just be careful when taking off the pad right after a leak, or just wait a few minutes while "on the pot" to let it absorb the liquid into gel before removing. (The pad will feel heavy if it absorbed a lot of liquid -- otherwise, it's light as a feather.)

I was a little nervous at first because they are so thin, but I had an accident and they worked absolutely great. I'm disabled on oxygen and a walker, so sometimes it takes me a few extra minutes to get to the bathroom and these work the best.

I'm totally urine incontinent. I have bought the 12 hour incontinence underwear and it doesn't work. So I've been using these and other pads inside my incontinence underwear like you would in regular underwear. The adhesive strip is very strong, but I hate the wings. That's just me. Very comfortable, slim not wide like the full pad. Absorbent but does not hold as much as full pad. I use when a bathroom is available and use the full size when longer times between bathroom breaks. Would like if there were more than 20 pads per package.

Quality of Fancy Feast grilled cat has greatly decreased!! You never know what the quality of food is until you open the can. One flavor may be nicely diced and normal looking, while another flavor may look like something out of a trash can!!!! Shame on you Fancy Feast for poor Quality Control!!!

They are not "overnight" pads and I woke up every morning needing to change the bedlinens, my nightclothes, and mop the bathroom floor. I guess the joke was on me.

These cannot be compared as the "same protection" as the regular overnight 8 drop long pads. These are not built for sneeze/cough gushes. Try again, Poise. . hint..if the new thinner 8 drop was the same shape as the regular overnight 8 drop, this review may have been different.
