My kids love the game, that's it. If you like Pokemon then this is for you. I believe there's a newer one that just came out a couple of days ago but there's not much of a difference. As for me, I'm happy with my purchase because of the price. You look at other stores like Target, Best Buy, Gamestop and even Amazon and you'll find the price of this game to be somewhere around $15 more. Can't beat the Walmart price! It's the first place I look for video games for my kids because so far it's always where big discounts are.

Omega Ruby is an excellent remake of Pokemon ruby. It keeps the game play that made the original fun while adding all the new additions and game play perks and updates from Pokemon X and Y. The graphics look wonderful, especially the 3d in battles; the battle animations are smooth for the most part, only occasionally dipping in frame rate on the New 3DSXL. There are even more Pokemon to catch than ever, allowing players to keep quite busy. Overall any Pokemon fan will enjoy this game a lot.

I am not sure about this because I purchase it for grandson's birthday gift. He tells me that it is GREAT and he loves it.

This is indeed an authentic copy of the game for a very good price. The aftermarket for old pokemon games can be really expensive. This means, when you see a game like this for a reasonable price, it is almost always a scam. I am happy to say that's not the case here. It even comes in the original case, which is pretty rare. Usually the cartridges come loose. I've purchased pokemon games for the 3DS from a 3rd party seller before and none of them were legit so I had to return them. People will often download the game files for free off a website, load it onto an SD card, stick it in a microSD 3DS cartridge adapter and slap a pokemon sticker on it, then charge you $25 bucks. The package arrived a few days early too. I will definitely be buying from this seller from now on.
