Wow! I read the reviews and you were right! I ordered based on reviews and must say, I am very happy with this exercise bike! Seller even contacted me to make sure that it arrived safely and to offer assistance or help with the bike, should I need any! Package arrived in excellent condition! Fast shipping from Seller! FedEx got lucky, this time! Bike assembled in an hour, on my own. I am handy with assembling these kinds of things, so... if you are NOT great twisting a wrench you might want a little help, tightening the bolts. All nuts, bolts, washers and wrench, Allen wrench, screwdriver were included. A few extra/spare washers and bolts, also. All metal parts, swivel exercise wheel, seat, seat back, pedals, exercise ropes, Digital Status Meter were carefully packaged and padded/ bubble wrap, styrofoam! Perfect! Instructions were ok, and honestly, assembly was fairly intuitive. YOU will need to supply 'AAA' batteries, (2) qty., in order to use the Digital Status/ Progress Meter, as stated in listing. One thing I will mention, is that you may want to use your own Allen wrench, pliers, open-face wrench to tighten bolts. I was able to do everything with included tools, however, (and this is usually the same experience with EVERY and ANY item that you purchase, furniture, equipment, IKEA stuff, etc.)...the included tools are a soft metal and the Allen wrench, especially, will/might start to "strip" it's edges and start to become round in shape as you go through the assembly process. I made it all the way, but, can see where I would be frustrated if I had two bolts left and the Allen wrench no longer worked/gripped. No worry, Allen wrenches are readily and easily available at any hardware store, Wal-Mart...probably already in your toolbox....not expensive. Just a heads-up for you. I have assembled hundreds of items over the years and I am always glad that I have my own wrenches to use, if necessary. So...after successfully assembling the bike, I tried it out! Works great! The seat height is adjustable for folks with longer legs. I am 5'11" and the second height (out of 5, in 1 inch increments) works great for my 31" legs. The resistance is adjustable (1-8) and I could really feel it around 4-5....The seat is comfortable as much as my regular mountain bike, and the seat back and rear-mounted hand bars are a welcome addition for laying back while pedaling! Digital Meter monitors and saves (for viewing of cumulative data) and shows "Real-time" data on your Speed MPH/KPH, Distance M/KM, Odometer, Calories, Time Elapsed and Pulse. You can even set a pre-determined Exercise Duration Time, or Distance or Calories burned and the meter will "beep-beep-beep" Alarm you, when you have reached your Pre-set goals. Nice surprise! Meter also has a little slot, so you can set your smartphone and listen to tunes or watch videos while you "bike" Great for snowbound folks, like myself for Winter, indoor exercise! This bike is awesome. It was easy to assemble. It comes with a waist trainer attachment and arm bands for additional workouts. It has an additional piece that can be requested at no charge for use with the app to track your workouts. The seat is comfortable. It folds up small to store in closet or other small space. I'd highly recommend this bike if you're looking for a nice stationary bike.

I love it, it's my 1st exercise bike, fully assembled by my 15 year old, and it was easily assembled, light weight, quiet, smooth, peddling, easy instructions, on time delivery, I have no complaints…..5 stars for me 😍

The bike itself works fine, takes up very little room. I haven’t folded it flat because there is no need. I am 5’ with short legs and need to use a low foot stool to get on and off, but I can pedal comfortably. The seat is surprisingly more comfortable than many I’ve sat on. I have been using it for a couple of weeks, and the only issue I have (and might resolve itself with time), is that I have to re-tighten bolts to the seat and handle because they are a a bit loose a few sessions. When I received the bike there was a slickly produced flyer offering an extra piece of equipment. Clearly leaving it out of the box wasn’t just a packaging oversight, it was an intentional manipulative marketing ploy. I sent an email to ask what the piece was before I requested it be shipped to me. They seem oblivious to the question, but kept reiterating they would be so happy to send it if I provided them with the order number. I did this, then they emailed to request my shipping info and phone number and would send me this wonderful (still mysterious) device. I know better, and should have dropped it there but was so curious I did it anyway. About a week after I sent the reply, my email started being bombarded with spam in mixed English and Chinese. About 3 days ago my phone started blowing up with messages from multiple spoofed numbers . I am on the “do not call” registry and have never had spam in my email before. It is possible that these things are coincidental, but that seems unlikely to me. About the device (pictured): It is a very tiny, almost completely weightless black plastic box. According to directions it should be installed on the metal bar of the pedal to track motion. The included directions talk about ZWIFT and KINOMAP. These are apps, but at this point I don’t care and don’t need tracking beyond what you can monitor on the bike itself. I am going to chuck the device out, it wasn’t worth this irritation and I wish I had never requested it. TL;DR: Bike is good but buy from another seller. Don’t give them your info after purchase.
