I absolutely love this bike! This is my second pooboo and it’s definitely worth it to spend the extra money for this bike. The product was protected for shipping and was super easy to put together. It looks great and works even better. I’m usually weary when ordering things online but I did my research and this bike has a lot of good reviews and for good reason. Definitely would recommend 10/10!

Fast shipping. It comes 4 days before it was supposed to and it was extremely easy to put together. It took me 20 minutes to put together by myself. It’s quiet and the resistance knob works great. I don’t really care for the pedals bc of the cage like thing on them but it’s not a big deal. The seat felt comfortable until I actually used it but again, not a big deal. Overall, I’m extremely happy and satisfied with my purchase.

Delivery was right on time and surprisingly easy to slide into the house. I’m 62 and had concerns of the weight , putting it together was a breeze with tools included. It’s adjustable for a 5.2 foot person to fit on nicely and whisper quiet. Very sturdy with excellent quality of all components.

It arrived within a couple days of ordering. No instructions needed to assemble as common sense was more than enough. Bicycle is very sturdy, very happy with this purchase.

It arrived super fast! I was expecting it next week, the bike is easy to assemble—only did it myself as long as you follow the instructions. Chair is pretty comfy and cushiony! Need to buy 3A batteries…. Overall it is really nice and quiet! Can’t hear the wheels spinning. Glad I purchased this bike! Hope it lasts for my indoor cycling classes!

The package arrived with a few damages from shipping but not from the bike companies lack of trying because this thing was wrapped up tight. Bike itself is nice and sleek looking and easy to assemble. Would have been a five star but it didn’t come with batteries for the display but I would recommend and I would purchase again

Handle bar was damaged during shipping, would like to receive a replacement part , I don’t know who contact yet, Walmart or the manufacturer. I would like to contacted by whoever is the responsible for to obtain that replacement part

Got the bike, seemed sturdy. 4th ride, left pedal stripped out the crank so currently unusable. Emailed the company, who responded right away, but subsequent emails to get the replacement part have gone unanswered (4 emails over several days, zero response back). Seems they don't care about customer service, so probably will have to return the bike.

Disposable bike! In less than 6 months of use both crank arms are so loose it is super uncomfortable to use. I cannot find any support or assistance on how to fix or if it is even possible. Do not waste your money! Invest a little more and get something that is worth it. I have not finish paying it (klarna installments) and this thing is ready for the dumpster. Very disappointed.

some bolts are missing. it says in the manual that this bolts are pre installed but there is no bolts.
