Portable Basketball Hoop Assembly

I'll be perfectly honest. I was a little bit skeptical but this was sensational! I was matched with a pro immediately. he reached out to me 24 hours prior to confirm. He arrived on time and the installation was 100% perfect. I will definitely look for this feature that includes assembly.

Too expensive. Assembler only gets a small portion of what you pay. Most $$ goes to Angi %26 Walmart. Hard to get a refund if cancel at last minute or person shows up late for your appointment. Cost was as much as item. Better to find independent handyman.

Assembler told me he could mot move boxes:the assembly has to be done in the location of use. So no assembly occurred two weeks after a few postponements still no assembly. The boxes are still outside. This is a comment on his employer, not on the product.

I'd give Angi Walmart 0 stars. They didn't schedule my assembly- I had to call to schedule. Then the cancelled on me 3 times without prior notification. They claimed to not have any pro company in Columbus, OH area to assemble my patio swing. Great inconvenience for me because I changed my plans 3 times to be available for them to come to my home. I'm so disappointed! If you offer a service then provide it!!!

I am writing this review because the entire time from start to finish has been nothing but chaos and confusion when I opened up my last piece to put together it was taken. It was broken into 1000 pieces the table top so I'm requesting a refund or a replacement at least a replacement for the table. On on another note, Angie's list was horrible to deal with they came. They set up one man stayed for four hours and then left and said he would come back and never came back. Another man came finished up the couch said he was done without doing the coffee table. Well a little do we know the coffee table was in 1 million little pieces please somebody from Walmart please reach out to me. Thank you.

I put the Fire pit together by myself. I need a refund for the service that I did not receive. Someone called and ask about putting it together before it was delivered. They said we would have to call Walmart back when the order arrived. I don't have time to do Walmarts job. When I order from other big box stores they deliver them already put together. I don't like random strangers showing up at my home and will not purchase anything that is not already assembled!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Purchased Assembly service and the so called professional put it together backwards. ANGI DOES NOT provide the professional service they advertise. They also say they guarantee and back up their so called professionals. THEY DO NOT. I now have a non functioning trampoline in my backyard that my special needs grandson CANNOT use. It's just an eye sore in the backyard. They won't even come out and disassemble so I can at least return it. I am a disabled veteran with mobility issues trying to provide some calm for my autistic grandson. I saved up for this trampoline on my fixed income. DO NOT use the ANGI services. It's not worth the frustration. When you try to resolve the problem , all you get are ANGI representatives obviously reading from a script.

This was a nightmare. I need my $99.00 assembly cost refunded. No one answers when I call. The fist technician literally told me he was on his way for 6 hours and then after we waited in the heat until 8:50 at night. Then he wouldn't answer the phone then when he finally answered he said no I'm not coming?!?!? This is July 3rd mind you and I've got a July 4th planned. Thankfully a wonderful guy came out and assembled the furniture at 9:00. It set our entire day back hours. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied

Assembly person scratched each chair and the tabletop moving the pieces around while putting it together. 5 of 6 chairs are wobbly, not sure if it's a factory defect or assembly issue. If you order this product forgo the assembly option and put it together yourself.

one of the chairs arrived BROKEN. I was NOT given a replacement or refund for the broken product. it was advised by Walmart that this was a third party purchase and that they took NO liability. I also reached out to the company directly and informed them that their product arrive damage. They DID NOT reply or DID NOT REPLACE their broken product. truly DISAPPOINTED and DISCOURAGED. I will not buy from this company again. They DO NOT honor or guarantee their product.
