Wooo hoooo ! I had this exact one back in the 1970's and used it to death. I recently had the need for another so went looking and was pleasantly surprised to find they still make the one I used in the past. Don't be fooled by the inexpensive price. This little thing works great ! So happy I found it again.

I have used a fuzz remover hugely similar to this and it did the job well. This one, however, did not turn on from the get-go even though the batteries I put in it were new and then tested in another device to make sure they worked, which they did. I would not advise buying this item from this Seller. I can return it to the store, but I imagine I'll still be out the shipping charge which is about half what I paid.

Very cheaply made. It stopped 2 seconds after testing it on a sweater with light lint/pilling. I turned it off , looked at it, turned it back on and 3 seconds later it stopped again. This one I can tell is not going to last.

Tried it on socks. It worked for half a sock before it started making sputtering noises. Took it apart and cleaned it. Put it together and it still made noises. Now it will spin but not take up pills on socks. No stainless steel cover. Feels more like tin foil. Very unhappy.
