These run small by about an inch but because the weight support is a little longer than expected, it is good to have the toes stick out a little while still being mostly supported. If they were a little larger, the weight support would also extend forward and defeat the purpose. I wear size 10 shoes and my MTPs joints are right where the weight support transitions off in a Medium.
I like that it fits well and that it is doing exactly what it was designed for. It is really a great help. My foot is healing faster. My only negative about this boot is that it makes a lot of noise as you walk but I would recommend.
I found this very difficult to wear. It actually caused me more discomfort.
Sole came loose within 3 days .
It was comfortable but after two weeks the Velcro ropes off the sole.
you sent a smaller shoe that does not fit. How will you make it right? Can U take it to a local store and expect an exchange for the neede large for the left foot. It is needed sunce it was ordered.
