I saw zero mold
I mixed it with citric acid in my food to preserve gummies. I used 1g potassium sorbate per 1000g of gummy and added citric acid. they did not mold so far.

I used this for making blackberry mead
I made blackberry mead last summer and allowed it to age from June until September. I used this potassium sorbate just as I was supposed to and my mead turned out better than expected!
