Even though it got lost and had to intervene, they worked it out for me and I finally got it. Happy to have it.

good deal on this for $300. checked reviews and watched a video showing that it has an excellent output waveform and less thd than commercial power. i ordered 3 of these, one for me and for family. arrived next day. packing is good with no damage. added conventional break-in oil, seemed to take a little more than their specs say. pulled the plugs all were at 25 thousandths. put a little fogging oil in the cylinder and filled fuel to an indicated 1/4. ran each until they were out with an 800w load. wide range duration from 1.25 to 1.8hrs but likely the fuel gauge isn't super accurate. my only concern was the amount of shiny bits in the oil when drained. refilled with semi synthetic oil. easy start, quiet, 122.5v @ 60hz. can't speak for longevity but at this point it's everything i expected.

Bought it just in case for hurricane Milton. Dissent take much space but can keep the smaller things going in a pinch! Nice for peace of mind.

Well, so far I did a 1 hour run. I pushed about 800 watts and seems to handle it just fine . I hope it turns out to be the quiet little Beast. I was hoping for time will tell !!

I now have 20 hours on my PowerSmart 2500 inverter. It has worked flawlessly every time I pulled the cord. No complaints. I do recommend putting an hour meter on it and a magnetic dip stick before you even start it for the first time. It's important to change the oil after the first hour, after 5 hours and at 15 hours. This gets the break-in metal out and it's good to go for 20hrs which is the oil change interval from there on out. Use a hood small engine oil and it will last a very long time.

Great value for the money ! This inverter generator is quiet at idle and ramps up a bit with power usage . Overall not very loud and somewhat quiet . Plenty of power for my heater and small ac unit one at a time it maxes out at about 1900 watts but still very useful for my small appliances. Charge anything while camping or during recreational activities it's a blessing. We use gas to bring electric it's a fair trade off when you need it . Can run up to 10 hours on idle and up to 5 hours on full .

Lost power for 5.5 days. Previous time for 3 days just a few years ago. It works good but like other reviewers said, all generators with 80cc engine are the same. I use Mobil1 5w-30 and Autolite Iridium plug.

I'm fairly strong for a woman. I lost and pack 25-50lbs on a regular basis. I can't seem to crank this bad boy on my own. I end up flooding the engine and have to let it sit a while then ask a guy to do it for me. I DO NOT LIKE THAT! how am I supposed to run my food truck on my own if I can't even crank the engine?

Shipping was very fast but the box looks like it was thrown from a fast moving truck. Unfortunately I am unable to test the product yet due to other circumstances. I really hope it works when I do. I may update my review when I know if it works or not.

This order's address was changed to a different mailing address but it ended up in Florida instead of Mn. I will never order anything from Walmart again because there is no “REVIEW YOUR ORDER OPTION” and no service number to call. I tried to return it but was told no returns or refunds.
